Great location and amazing staff

Best breakfast omlette and bacon ever. The lady at breakfast table was lovely and fun. Attentive and heart warming. The staff are great thru out and proactive, quick to offer help.

The rooms are slightly smaller than what we have expected fr the picture but they serve the purpose so compliants.

The location next to both railway station and the lake with a view is great. The quality of the rooms is excellent and bed is comfortable - everything is stylish from the bathroom tiles right to the Dyson (!) hairdryer! Breakfast with a lovely choice and local products. staff is super friendly and upbeat. We also loved the Spa which came in handy on a rainy morning.

A great place for anyone putting a higher index on a modern, conveniently located place than a cosy, well-run 4-star hot

Location, location, location - it can‘t get more convenient for skiers. The parking garage is very comfortable, and for anyone arriving by train, you literally stumble into the hotel when leaving the train station. The hotel is new which translates into modern and clean (not necessarily cosy).

The staff feels completely random and at times overwhelmed. The restaurant was particularly annoying: Not getting your side dishes after three (sic!) reminders, sitting in front of your finished plates for 30 minutes (sic!) is just beyond any standard, let alone what you would expect in a 4star hotel. Note: The contrast of the front side of the hotel overlooking Arosa‘s lake and the back side looking at a rather ugly concrete building and the railroad couldn‘t be more pronounced. You are well advised to ask upfront which side your room faces.

The location of this hotel is excellent, steps from the train station and steps from the lifts. The breakfast also was excellent.

Die Lage ist sowohl für die Anreise, den Aufenthalt in Arosa als auch zum Skifahren/Snowboarden optimal - bei genügend Schnee fährt man direkt vor die Hoteltür von der Piste. Das Spa ist eher klein aber hat alles was man braucht und ist schön und sauber. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war eher klein jedoch sehr schön, sauber, gut abzudunkeln und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und nett.

Einfach toll! So wie man sich es wünscht.

Wir hatten eine Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Du/WC. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und wir hatten alles, was es für einen perfekten Aufenthalt braucht. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt beim Skilift und Bushaltestelle ist für Schneesportler praktisch, auch der Skiraum mit den Trocknungsschränken war für uns sehr nützlich. Am Frühstücksbuffet hat es alles was man braucht und uns hats sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Spa-Bereich ist klein aber fein, alles sauber und gut gepflegt. Danke für den schönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Den ankommenden Zug hört man gut, ist aber nicht so schlimm, da es nur wenig Bahnverkehr gibt. Dies ist vermutlich bei den Wohnungen/Zimmern mit Seeblick besser. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas hart, wir haben aber trotzdem gut geschlafen. Den Kaffee beim Frühstück serviert zu bekommen und nicht selber zu holen wäre für uns noch ein Verbesserungspunkt, jedoch gab es keine Wartezeit an der Kaffeemaschine.

Ein unerwartet perfekter Kurzurlaub – ein modernes, ruhiges Hotel mit Seele, Qualität und Wärme <3

Aktuell bestes 4-Sterne-Hotel der Schweiz. Die KPIs sind aus Sicht eines Quality Managers übererfüllt. Optimale Lage direkt am Bahnhof Arosa – Anreise mit dem 1.-Klasse-GA und Koffern klappt perfekt, man kann vom Zug direkt ins Hotel gehen. Hinter dem Hotel beginnt die Abkürzung hinauf zu den Eichhörnchen. Das Haus ist neu, was man überall merkt. Zimmer: schön, modern, sehr sauber und nicht hellhörig – damit gehört dieses Hotel zu den seltenen 2 % aller 4- und 5-Sterne-Hotels der Schweiz, die wirklich ruhig sind. Danke dafür. Der Blick auf See und Umgebung ist wunderschön. Wir waren am 1. August dort und konnten die AquaLumina direkt vom Zimmer aus sehen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist (über)freundlich und fast schon verdächtig hilfsbereit – ein ungewohnt positives Gefühl in der Schweiz, wo man leider in etwa 85 % der Fälle enttäuscht wird, selbst in teuren Häusern. Hier ist das (noch) nicht so. Der Eingangsbereich ist gross und sehr schön, mit einem wunderbaren Frühstückssaal. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und wirklich lecker – inkl. frischen Pancakes, Sekt usw. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, sogar etwas zu aufmerksam. Der Kaffe ist lecker, die Kaffeemaschinen etwas langsam – die Prozessfähigkeit ist hier nicht ausreichend und könnte künftig zu Engpässen führen. Es gibt Sirocco-Tee. Wow. An der Rezeption gibt es hausgemachte Pizza – günstig, sehr fein, Lieferung direkt ins Zimmer inklusive Tellern und Besteck. Bitte nicht überlegen – einfach probieren! Ein sehr entspannter, schöner Kurzurlaub am 1. August-Wochenende. 5 Grad, Glühwein vor der Tür und erstaunlich wenige Gäste – die Atmosphäre hat extrem gutgetan. Ich hoffe, das Hotel bleibt weiterhin so, wie ich es erlebt habe, und wird nicht mit der Zeit zu einem Standard-Hotel der Schweiz.

Ich hoffe die Hotelzimmer werden nicht alle vermietet, damit dieses schöne Hotel am Bahnhof für die Gäste erhalten bleibt.

Schönes Hotel an toller Lage

Sehr schönes Hotel an toller Lage. Alle Mitarbeiter / Innen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts, war alles reichlich vorhanden und sehr schön präsentiert. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

Leider war das SPA geschlossen, es stand aber nichts auf der Hompage vom Hotel. Das war ein bisschen schade. Das Hotel hat sich dafür aber sehr erkenntlich gezeigt,
