An unforgettable mountain retreat with heart

We were blown away by our stay at Belarosa. It truly felt like stepping into a warm hug. The staff made us feel like family; they were genuinely interested in our stay and incredibly helpful. Our room was stunning—more like a private chalet—with a walk-in wardrobe that made staying organised easy and comfortable day beds for relaxing while taking in the views of Arosa. The wellness area is easily one of the best we have experienced. The pool is large and calm, yet the water slide adds a touch of fun. We loved exploring the different themed saunas and found the gym to be very well-equipped. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, with a wonderful buffet and delicious cooked options. The entire hotel was spotless, and the attention to detail in the decor made us feel relaxed from the moment we walked in.

When booked this break, i emailed the hotel & asked if they could make it special for my partner as it was her birthday. They went over and above with this!! amazing staff, lovely caring warm attentive. people. The breakfast room was so lovely. So well spaced out, great selection of breakfast food & drink, the attention to detail and the attentiveness of the staff was exceptional, i would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends & family.

The only thing I would say could have been slightly better. What's the spa facility? There was no sauna steam room, but my partner said the massage was 10 out of 10 amazing. Well worth having full body massage, but the facility was lovely and clean and there was a fun water Slide.

Home in Arosa

Excellent breakfast with very high quality and local ingredients - eggs made order, and boutique coffee shop style coffee. Nice spa with sauna, steam room and pool with a slide that my kids loved. The service was excellent and they even offered to pick up and take us back to the train station. Very nice view and access to all the hiking routes - and bonus, it's right at the start of the squirrel trail - they give you complementary nuts for the hike. You can tell this is a family owned property where they care about each guest.

Excellent for a family stay, short stay or even a business trip. Amazing!

We stayed for a weekend for my husband's birthday, 2 adults and 2 children (13 and 7). We were welcomed early in the day on Saturday and could park (and charge) our Tesla in the garage of the hotel.Then we had some tips from the reception staff about exploring the area and received the Arosa Card which gave us a lot of discounts and free transport. In the evening we did a check in, our luggages were already waiting for us in the room. The room itself was amazing, we were on a top floor and valued it really that we could all fit into the same room. We as adults have had a separated area and the kids were on a sofa bed. Everything about the room was perfect. The view from the balcony, the toiletries, the bathrobes (the slippers you can take home after your stay), umbrella for the rainy days, little kitchen with coffee capsules, mineral water. The beds and the bed linen was one of the most comfortable I ever slept in!It was like sleeping on the clouds.To add to the excitement (also for the kids), the use of the swimming pool ( with an indoor little toboggan) and the spa area (many different types of saunas) was free for us to use. If one wants to book a massage or special " floating time" in a pool, there is a surcharge for it and has to be booked in advance. The breakfast we had the next day was excellent, there was plenty of choice. The staff even decorated a table spot for my husband since they knew it was his birthday! A lovely touch. We did a check out and left once more to explore the area, but we are already thinking about returning to this amazing hotel!

The only minor thing to comment on would be the beds for the adults, it might be better to replace them with double beds.

Extraordinary hospitable

We were travelling with a small baby, making everything a bit more complicated. However, the hostess and the staff were really understanding and thoughtful and went out of their way to make sure we has everything we needed and had an enjoyable stay.

Prefect family hotel with everything you need.

Karin who is an amazing host even before our arrival by answering lots of our queries. During check in, instread of standing front of receptions, they arranged a table and offered us drink so they did the check in while we relaxed and sat back with their introduction and activities advises around the area. Amazing 3 course meal dinner and wonderful breakfast - you tell them how you like your egg and bacon cooked and head to buffet seek for more selection. Love they have somtething special each day during breakfast, from roast beef to mixed ham salad with very high quality standard. The swimming pool/ spa section is super and my son love that 25 meters long slice with speed and time to tell you how fast/ speed each slide you done. Room is as beautiful as the photos posted. It's was such a prefect family stay.

The hotel is prefect. May be if they left few tea bags in the room even better especially they provided tea pot and kettle.

Es war alles traumhaft. Wir haben es uns schön vorgestellt, doch das Hotel inklusive Personal hat alles übertroffen. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder gehen. Einfach ein wunderschönes Hotel, mit ganz tollen Gastgebern, welche ihre Arbeit mit viel Leidenschaft ausüben.

Erholsamste Zeit, die wir je in einem Hotel hatten.

Man wurde direkt mit einem Willkommens-Getränk begrüsst und in einer gemütlichen Runde über die Ortschaft und Bergbahnen usw. aufgeklärt. Die Zimmer waren makellos und es roch sehr frisch! Sogar eine handgeschriebene Karte lag im Zimmer bereit. Die Betten waren extrem bequem. Bei dem Spa- Bereich mit Innenpool, 3 Saunen und Erlebnisduschen blieben keine Wünsche mehr offen. Massagen hätte man ohne Problem im Voraus dazubuchen können. Das Frühstück war frisch und sehr breit gefächert. Der Speisesaal und allgemein die Inneneinrichtung ist stilvoll harmonisch und „heimelig“ eingerichtet, was direkt positiv auffällt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Magnifico soggiorno

La posizione è ideale, immersa nella natura e a due passi dal sentiero degli scoiattoli, un vero paradiso per gli amanti della tranquillità. Il personale è stato eccezionale, tutti molto gentili e cordiali. Julia mi ha dato molti consigli utili ed è stata sempre disponibile, Reni mi ha fatto rilassare con un meraviglioso massaggio che consiglio vivamente. La signora Bodenmann è stata sempre molto gentile e attenta ai dettagli, rendendo l'hotel ancora più speciale. Ogni giorno mi sono concessa del tempo per rilassarmi nell'area Wellness, che è una vera oasi di pace e tranquillità. La colazione è un vero piacere, con prodotti freschi e di alta qualità. Il soggiorno è stato molto rilassante e ha fatto bene sia al corpo che alla mente. Grazie a tutto il personale per l'ospitalità e la gentilezza!
