Stunning Swiss hotel with exceptional staff and clean beautiful rooms

Clean, exceptional staff, very well maintained and the wellness area is beautiful. The hotel is a very Swiss experience. I really enjoyed the bar area as well where I had a tea in the afternoons and read my book. The staff really are extremely helpful and polite. They took my stay from a 9 to a 10.

The only downside is the location. It’s kind of half way between the ski lifts and the man area of the village and the hill is very steep. The have a shuttle to pick you up from Arosa Station when you arrive and drop you there when you depart, as well as frequent shuttles to the ski lifts, but if you are just going out in the town to dinner the walk back is very steep and the taxis are expensive. But the property is so beautiful and the staff so exceptional that it makes up for the location issue. I would stay here again and probably will. The TV did not have any English channels, not even the news stations.

Very welcoming and great accommodation in Arosa!

I had a great time at the hotel, I really appreciated the personnel support and accommodation! The rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, good breakfast and I loved the Spa facility! The hotel has a nice lobby and a restaurant. Everything was welcoming and comfortable!

Beautiful Hotel with great amenities

Breakfast had a decent variety of hot and cold options. The wait staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. The wellness area was amazing and super spacious! I would stay here just for that.

My only complaint about this entire stay was the pillows on the bed. They were big pillows but with almost no support. During the winter, bear in mind that in order to walk to the hotel from Arosa; it's all.uphill And the roads can be icy!

Short stay in the mountains end of summer

We travelled with 2 dogs and were warmly welcomed. The dogs had their own special welcome with homemade treats and special towels. Staff is very friendly and takes the time to really listen to you. We had dinner at the restaurant once during our stay. Since I wasn't feeling well, they kept my food warm until I got back to the table. Parking on site was no problem.

Great Hotel in Arosa

We were greeted by friendly helpful staff on arrival who got us checked in and helped with our luggage. The room was a good size. We were traveling with a dog who was provided with a bowl, some treats and a towel. It was in a really great location to start walks

Good

Breakfast was great with the usual international things like cheese, Müsli, fruits, bacon etc. Omelettes could be ordered on request. It was very useful that the hotel offered free transfers to the ski lift and to the train station, since it's quite a long way from both. The view from the hotel is nice, being quite high up right at the edge of the forest. Food was tasty in general. It is on the pricy side though, with dinner not cheaper than 40 CHF per person, with a menu being around 60+.

The pillows were horrible. I had to stack two of them to have at least some neck support, but they were still too thin. The pool area was rather dull. The water was rather cold at around 28 degree Celsius. It is ok for swimming a bit back and forth, but definitely not for relaxing longer. There is no bubble maker either. There was a small tub outdoors with hot water, but no bubbles there either. For a hotel that charges over 400chf per night you would expect more from the spa and pool areas.

Swiss mountain view and luxury

We had a corner suite with balcony, all around us stunning views on the Alps. As soon as they heard we were vegan, they bought almond milk for our cappuccinos and the chefs especially prepared us vegan 3 course meals. They offered free charging for our Tesla. The rooms come with free roaming of most of the Arosa’s facilities, including the cable cars up to the mountains.

Alles sehr gut. Zimmer, Esszimmer, Baar sind hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Neuer Pool. Das Personal war nett. Super, dass es ein Fumoir hatte.

Der Pool war etwas kühl. Das ist mindestens die Meinung von etwa 4 anderen Schwimmer. Die Masseuse fand ich nicht gut. Zudem hat sie nicht nur den Haaransatz sondern einen Grossteil meiner Haare mit Öl getränkt: Sie könnte eine Haube an ihre Kunde zu Beginn abgegeben. Etwas hellhörige Zimmer: Staubsauger, Tritte leicht hörbar

Pulita, ordinata, personale cordiale e disponibile, sfortunatamente per motivi privati non ho potuto usufruire dell’area SPA ma credo che anche quella fosse all’altezza del resto.

Forse la scelta limitata alla carta del ristorante ma magari è una scelta dovuta ai cambiamenti stagionali del menu quindi non è proprio un punto negativo ma più di riflessione

Einfach nur Wohlgefühlt!

Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Frühstückbuffet hatte alles was man braucht. Noch selten so freundliches und zuvor kommendes Personal erlebt wie in dem Hotel!!

Das Zimmer war im Seitenflügel des Hotels und sehr sparsam eingerichtet für ein 4 Sternehotel. Die Möbel waren Weichholzmöbel die schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind. Es gab keine Kännchen Kaffee. Man mußte immer den Kellner ansprechen um Neuen Kaffee zu bekommen.

O hotel é grandioso! Muito bonito e extremamente limpo. O café da manhã estava maravilhoso. Muitas opções e tudo super saboroso. O quarto era lindo, grande e muito limpo. O restaurante do hotel também era muito bom.

A água da piscina era muito gelada. A falta de varanda no meu quarto. Na Suíça vc meio que espera que todos os quartos tenham uma varandinha.

Hervorragend, sehr freundlich, sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Blatters in Arosa ist in allen Belangen eine hervorragende Unterkunft. Großzügig, geräumig, ausgesprochen freundlich, ohne irgendwie aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Besonders zu empfehlen die Bar mit dem diskret freundlichen Barkeeper, dessen Namen ich leider vergessen habe. Sorry! Die Drinks waren top! Sehr empfehlenswert das Restaurant. Tolle Weinkarte. Das Essen hervorragend. Das Cordon Bleu war ein Gedicht. Ich weiss genau, wenn ich das nächste mal komme, wird mir bereits am Empfang ein Lächeln im Gesicht stehen. Man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. BTW ;-) das "Depot" bringe ich zurück. Danke :-))
