Everything was great since the beginning; the attention of the personal, especially Bettina and her co-worker (I do not know the name of the gentleman). Dining was a wonderful experience at the cosy restaurant in the hotel. At breakfast you are welcomed with a smile by a young man that show you the options available . We love it! Everything that you need to begin the day energized!! Thank you Hotel Alpensonne!!! Definitely we are going to come back!!!

Relaxing, beautiful view and high quality.

The view from our room was spectacular and the main reason I returned the following weekend. The rooms are lovely and quiet. The staff are wonderful, especially the restaurant staff. The food and service was excellent. We loved the intimacy of this hotel. Small, but high quality.

Parking could have been better. We parked in the garage up the street, which was not a big deal and was inexpensive. Just being picky.

Modern decor, very in keeping with the landscapes and mountains. Sauna available which is always lovely on those days which are especially cold. The location was perfect - in walking distance to everywhere and buses were easily in walking distance also.

Not all rooms had updated bathrooms but still nice enough and comfortable and clean.

Brilliant location and fantastic staff make this hotel

Pretty good breakfast and very nice dinner in the restaurant two nights, but it’s really the staff that make this hotel what it is. They are friendlier than anywhere we’ve ever stayed in Switzerland and were so helpful at every turn, even with a full hotel.

Our room was small for 4 people, but fortunately the balcony helped as it was large and had a great view. This would make a big difference in summer.

A very nice stay in a very nice hotel

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The selection could have a bit broader, but for our stay this was plenty enough. The breakfast was also very good.

ok for for the older generation, however we were hoping for a bit more atmosphere and we are aged 58)

Our first room was smaller than advertised. We asked to change to another room which was bigger and had a better view Breakfast was average: not much choice, cheese was bland ( unfortunate in Switzerland !) no vegetables or fruit. Bread and eggs were good It is not a ski in/ ski out hotel ! 350m uphill to access the slope.

Kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaftes Balkonzimmer mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Das Personal war super herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Abendessen und Frühstück waren hervorragend – mit viel Liebe zubereitet und mit regionalen Produkten. Alles in allem ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt mit meinen Freundinnen.

Wenige Parkmöglichkeiten direkt beim Hotel; eine kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage befindet sich jedoch in kurzer Gehdistanz.

Posizione quasi perfetta per accedere facilmente a piedi alle piste. Bella vista dalle vetrate del ristorante. Pulito. Camera ampia. Accoglienza gentile.

La cena. Se ami la cucina italiana stai alla larga. Particolarmente improponibile il cameriere a soprattutto le lasagne. Colazione invece corretta e signora al servizio molto gentile.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer ruhig. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist reichhaltig und fein. Das Essen im Restaurant war wunderbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
