Bathroom ventilator noise, was connencted wrong, did not go off after 5 minutes but stayed on forever. Noise from central heating, the pipes had air in them, made noise.

Comfortable stay, nice saunas and swimming pool. Everyday transfer to ski slope.

Hotel with comfortable rooms and SPA zone including a swimming pool and saunas. Very good breakfasts.

The refrigeration in the room was very weak (cools poorly). After reporting this, staff did not return any information explaining the cause.

- Even though it meant to be a hotel with Adults only concept , we had a toddler in a pool throughout the whole stay. I wonder how is this allowed by the management and staff - Poor isolation since the building is quite old. Every step is heard - breakfasts are the same with no variety - underground parking is 15 Frank’s per day, so we used only one day of parking , and paid to the hotel cash right after we repartee our car and then remarked our car for another two days. Yet during the checkout the lady on reception told us we had unfinished check for 45 franks, which was for the parking we didn’t have. So they haven’t checked it in the system that we re parked our car and already paid for 1 day of parking

A great ski hotel!

A bit dated, but in very good condition, has everything you would need for a comfortable ski stay. Breakfast and dinner have plenty of options. A nice bonus is a direct decent via slope 1h from Weisshorn.

Mostly the property is very nice. Restaurant is nicely equipped and spacious but the food offering was broadly the same every day - not very creative and quality was just average. Shuttle bus insufficient and sometimes no space

Club feeling like on a cruise boat but that's just me not being informed what to expect. - buffet food that was very nice but I usually prefer a la carte - animation program and themed evenings are also not my cup of tea but again that's me not being nformed what to expect.

Food was very good during b/fast and dinner.

I was charged twice for my stay, once through booking.com and second time at the hotel during check out. For people who live in Switzerland, please be aware that you will be charged for the accommodation in Euros and if you pay in Swiss Franks you will be charged the surge for conversion.

PLEASE TAKE CARE THIS IS NOT AN ALL INCLUSIVE CLUB, DRINKS ARE FREE ONLY DRUING THE MEALS, SO HARDLY NOBODY IS IN THE BAR BEFORE OR AFTER DINNER. ( ROBINSON PLEASE CHANGE THIS !) FURTHERMORE WE (DUTCH) WERE THE ONLY NON-GERMANS IN THE CLUB, AFTER THE HOLDAY I FELT A LITTLE BRAINWASHED, TV IS ALSO 90 % GERMAN STATIONS I MISSED THE PARTY ATMOSPHERE WHICH I USED TO KNOW FROM CLUB MED, GERMAN PARTIES ARE DIFFERENT BUT AGAIN, THE STAFF DID EVERTHING POSSIBLE TO CREATE A PARTY, HOWEVER YOU NEED COOPERATION FROM THE GUESTS

Hotel in schöner Lage mit Shuttle ins Skigebiet und sensationellem Essen

Lage war gut - sehr ruhig, gelegentlich musste man etwas länger auf den Shuttle warten. Service war prima, das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) sensationell). Der Saunabereich war prima.

In den Stoßzeiten waren die Wartezeiten gelegentlich etwas lang. Zusatzkosten für das Parken.

Klasse Unterkunft, alles bestens, klare Empfehlung

Großzügiges Zimmer mit ausreichend Stauraum, super nettes und kompetentes Personal, Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, vielfältig und frisch. Und endlich mal nicht so harte Matratzen! Für die Größe der Anlage war die Atmosphäre sehr ruhig und entspannt. Sehr schöner Wellness-Bereich, großes Schwimmbad zum Bahnen schwimmen. Shuttle zur Gondel funktioniert sehr gut mit kurzen Wartezeiten.

Ein paar Liegen auch im Außenbereich nach der Sauna wären nett (Ruheraum innen ist sehr schön) und wenn sie abends noch eine halbe Stunde länger verfügbar wäre, z.B. für Leute, die nicht das umfangreiche Abendessen in Anspruch nehmen und es lieber nicht so belebt haben ...

Klasse Schigebiet, Kaiserwetter!

Alles OK bis auf die Zwischentür zum Nachbarzimmer und den einige Tage ausgefallenen Fahrstuhl. (einer von 2)

Leider hat man mir als Alleinreisendem Gast, der ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung gebucht hatte ein Zimmer mit Zwischentür zum Nachbarzimmer zugeteilt. Dies trotz Bookingcom Level 3 und mehrfachem Besuch in diesem Hotel. So konnten die Nachbarn und ich nahezu jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören. Das war sehr unangenehm. Angeboten hatten man mir, dass ich dieses Zimmer, welches im 4ten Stock lag gegen ein Zimmer der niedrigeren Kategorie oder ein Zimmer der nächsthöheren Kategorie in der ersten Etage tausche. Für das „Upgrade“ wurden für die restlichen 3 Tage ca. 260 CHF verlangt. Das „Downgrade“ wurde ohne Rückerstattung angeboten. Da die beiden "alternativen" sehr nahe am Fahrstuhl lagen, verzichtete ich darauf die Zimmer zu wechseln.

Ganz okay, aber keine 4 Sterne.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die Ausstattung sowie das Hotel insgesamt sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Wellness-, Sauna- und Fitnessbereich ist vielseitig und angenehm.

Was ich sehr schade fand, war das Frühstück: Die Auswahl war sehr klein und es wurde ausschließlich Schweinefleisch angeboten. Unabhängig von religiösen Gründen gibt es viele Menschen, die kein Schweinefleisch essen – hier hätte ich mir mehr Alternativen gewünscht. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel erwartet man zumindest einen Roomservice, dieser war jedoch nicht vorhanden. Ebenso gab es kein à-la-carte-Restaurant, sondern ausschließlich ein Buffet am Abend (ab ca. 19:00 Uhr). An der Bar wurden Snacks nur bis 16:00 Uhr angeboten, danach gab es keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten mehr. Die Auswahl war zudem sehr begrenzt. Da das Buffet im Hotel uns nicht überzeugt hat, war es jedes Mal notwendig, mit dem Auto ins Dorf zu fahren, um essen zu gehen, was auf Dauer sehr mühsam war.

Wir haben schon etwas mehr erwartet. Unsere Zeit war aber gut in Arosa. Preis/Leistung Ok

Wellnessbereich ist toll, aber etwas klein für die grosse Anzahl Gäste während unserem Aufenthalt (Vorsaison). Das meiste Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht, insbesondere Einführung in den Wellnessbereich und auch an der Rezeption fühlt man sich willkommen.

Bettwäsche (beide Betten) waren verschmutzt mit trockenen roten Flecken. Man konnte gut annehmen, dass es altes Blut war. Die Reaktion der Rezeption war dann vorerst sehr dienstleistungsorientiert. Es wurden dann aber nicht beide Betten neu bezogen. Der Hausdienst musste daher noch ein zweites mal kommen. Dazu gab es lediglich einen Getränkegutschein. Nachdem es mit der ersten Bettwäsche-Auswechslung nicht geklappt hatte, wäre es unsere Erwartung gewesen, uns doch nicht noch länger warten zu lassen und entsprechend ein anderes Zimmer anzubieten. Auf unsere diesbezügliche Anregung, wurde nicht eingegangen. Das Warten auf Zimmerbezug ging weiter. Kaffeekapseln gab es am zweiten Tag keine mehr. Auch der Anruf an die Rezeption ergab dann nach einer halben Stunde Wartezeit keine Kapseln. Wir haben dann eine Hausdienstmitarbeiterin auf dem Flur gefragt. Sie gab uns mit einem Lächeln eine Handvoll Kapseln, wollte aber, dass wir dies niemanden mitteilen würden. Offenbar sind bei mehrtägigen Aufenthalt lediglich zwei (50 Rp) Kaffeekapseln vorgesehen. Dafür zwei neue saubere Tassen? Im Wellnessbereich sind gewisse Duschen recht verkalkt, spritzen in alle Richtungen oder minimaler Wasserfluss.
