Great location, extremely friendly staff, very comfortable.

The guy at the reception was adorable- very polite and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable. The location was great- walking distance to the train station and not too far away from the ski lifts at the top of Arosa. The grocery store was a 5 minutes walk away.

Perfect stay...

All brand new rooms. Heather runs 24 hours. Restaurant exzellent. Breakfast exzellent. 60 feet away from a bus stop. Very frindly staff.

Hotel with a nice touch

I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel. For the price I paid, it was excellent value for money. The design was beautiful, and the whole place had a very pleasant atmosphere.

Somehow I missed a lounge where I could be when not wanting to be in my room. The restaurant - which is nice by the way - wouldn't always be available (and is not really a lounge).

Great stay - always

This was our second time at Home Hotel Arosa and we will definitely visit again and again. The room had everything we needed, the breakfast was amazing, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, location great. Charlie's Restaurant is a highlight every time!

Really friendly staff. Big room with kitchen was just amazing. Everything you need. Everything well thought through, organized, etc. Would come again for sure!!

Limited number of parkinglots Overall it was very clean. But the shower wasn't 100% clean (hair from former guest...) nothing critical but that's the reason for a reduction. Missed a TV I this room, would have been good for relaxing in the evening (luxury Problem...) Pillows have been thick and hard 😅 one thin option would have been perfect 😊

Very friendly stuff, nice breakfast where you are cared for. The room is spacious and also had kitchen, so we have no need to go to restaurant every day. Buss stop was nearby, but things we had no skies that time we just walk to the lifts.

Everything was fine, with a small announce being lack of hooks in the room to put the jackets.

The hotel was exactly what we expected. Not more nor less. The room is comfortable and cozy. Breakfast is simple but good. There is a bus stop around 10 meters from the hotel, which is super convenient. Also, bars, restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. Finally, the staff was quite friendly.

The bathroom is quite small. That is not a problem per se, but it would be nice to have some shelves or something like that so guests can store their toiletries.

Top Lage, Charmantes Hotel

Das Zimmer Forest, hat mir vom Design, der Grösse und der Einrichtung sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage ist top, vor allem für jene, welche auch gerne am Abend noch unterwegs sind. Die Busstation ist gleich vor der Tür, was es erleichtert, die diversen Gondelstationen bequem zu erreichen. Hotel liegt etwa mittig zu Hörnli, Kulm und Weisshornstation.

Ausser dem Parkplatz war es super.

Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Morgenessen war auch gut.

Die Aussenparkplätze befinden sich in einer steilen Auffahrt. Bei Schneefall / Schnee sind unter Umständen Schneeketten erforderlich um die Auffahrt hochzufahren.

Gemütliches Hotel mit gutem Frühstück

Sehr gutes Frühstück! Die Lage war ausserdem auch sehr gut.

Der Preis war an diesem Wochenende sehr überteuert, wie zahlten 375.- für ein kleines Zimmer. Der Parkplatz wurde leider nicht reserviert, jedoch haben wir dann im Parkhaus parkiert, was schlussendlich für uns gepasst hat.
