Great place for a family ski vacation

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast and dinner options (although dinner is pricey, but this is expected, and overall reasonable). Dinner is a very "classic" Swiss experience with multi-course meals etc - a joy on its own. Great amenities and "family feeling" of the hotel. Convenient location for skiing. Very nice sauna - small but convenient. Again, great staff.

Wifi latency is a bit too high but this might be Arosa problem. Ski room is outside and only accessible via stairs, which is not the best option when wearing ski boots.

Superb

I only stayed one night and I regret it - it's absolutely not enough! The room (small single room) was very nicely furnished and sparklingly clean. The owner was extremely kind and gave me information about activities around, even checked the weather forecast to help me make my mind. I would definitely come back to this hotel for a longer stay!

Without a car, you need to climb a quite steep street to get to the hotel but at the end it's worthy. I don't like when they tell you where to sit for breakfast! I understand that it's good to keep things well organized but with the magnificent view from the restaurant, I would've been more happy to have the chance to sit next to the window (at the time I arrived for breakfast, the restaurant was almost empty) ... Another thing, I was missing some vegetables for breakfast. Apart from that, all the other products were really good quality!

War super, würde wieder kommen.

Das tägliche Lächeln vom Personal bereits am Frühstückstisch. Das leckere Frühstück, insbesondere Brot und hausgemachte Konfi mit Aussicht über Arosa. Die ruhige Lage. Ich fühlte mich Willkommen. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Frühstück mit grosszügiger Auswahl, war sehr fein. Am meisten beeindruckt hat mich aber das Nachtessen. Einfach sensationell! Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Sehr sympathische Gastgeber.Man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause.

Familiär und sympathisch. Das gesamte Personal, vom Chef bis zum Zimmermädchen, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet mit vielen regionalen und selbstgemachten Produkten. Vom Speisesaal und vom Balkon im Zimmer geniesst man dank erhöhter Lage den Blick über Arosa. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, 5 Minuten Fussweg zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, 10 Minuten zum See. Für Wanderfreunde ideal gelegen. Man kann direkt vom Hotel aus loslaufen.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einzig das Abendessen hätten wir gerne etwas früher als 18.45 begonnen, da wir nicht gewohnt sind so spät zu essen.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Abendessen und Frühstück war super.

Angenehmes Hotel

Ausserordentlich netter Besitzer und auch sehr nettes Personal. Ich erhielt ein Upgrade vom EZ zum DZ. Gutes Frühstückbuffet. Zimmer und Bad modern.

Bei einem solchen Gastgeber fühlt man sich rundum wohl.

Aussergewöhnlich freundliche Besitzer und Personal. Sehr gepflegte saubere und mit Stil eigenrichtete Zimmer. Das Abendessen war hervorragend und auch fürs Auge super angerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig mit einer speziellen Auswahl an hausgemachten Konfitüren. Was wir weiter nicht erwartet aber sehr geschätzt haben, am Anreisetag konnten wir bereits um 11 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen, da es bereits gereinigt war. Sowohl am Anreise- als auch am Abreisetag durften wir unser Auto den ganzen Tag gratis auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen. Dass die Arosa Card, mit der wir alle Bahnen und den Bus gratis nutzten konnten, im Preis inbegriffen war, war ein weiteres Highlight.

Von der Busstation zum Hotel sind noch einige Höhenmeter zu überwinden.

Waren in der Zwischensaison, daher ganz Arosa sehr ruhig, wenig Hotels, Restaurants etc offen. Hat gepasst. Waren Hauptsächlich wegen den Bären dort. Arosa Card mit Inkl. Sachen oder Vergünstigt. Auto E-Ladestation
