Great stay in Arosa

Check-in is fully automatic with a terminal, but works perfect. Only staf I saw was during breakfast and breakfast was complete. Very good and large beds.

The boot heater in the skiroom wasn't working, so the first day my ski boots were frozen. Just kept them in the room the next days.

Hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Es war wirklich sehr sauber und es war mit allem Ausgestattet was es braucht.

Was ich einbischen schade fand am morge die Personaldame die das Frühstück bediente, wahr mega lieb und nett aber konnte leider kein Deutsch, konnte sich kaum verständigen wenn man etwas fragen wollte oder noch etwas brauchte, das fand ich einbischen schade aber ansonsten alles wirklich top.

Das Hotel Alpensonne ist zu empfehlen

Das Essen am Abend im Restaurant Alpensonne war sehr gut,aber hatte auch seinen Preis. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, einrichtung des Zimmers war schön und sauber,gleiches gilt für das Badezimmer.

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen, das wir reserviert haben. Reserviert mit Balkon,bekommen ohne Balkon

Tolles verlängertes Ski-Wochenende

Gute Lage und schöner Ausblick. Unkompliziert mit Self-Check In. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal (vorwiegend spanisch und englisch sprechend). Das Zimmer war für uns zu dritt knapp genügend vom Platz her. Haben uns am Ankunftstag kurzfristig für ein Abendessen im Bullrian (dazu gehörendes Restaurant) entschieden. Das Essen war phantastisch.

Etwas ungünstig ist die Parkplatzsituation. Wenn der nächstgelegene Parkplatz schon voll ist, muss man weiter unten (beim Campingplatz in der Nähe) parken.

Das Bett für zwei Personen war viel zu klein. Das Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war okay.

Gelungener Aufenthalt in Arosa

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an der Bushaltestelle Rathaus. Mit dem Bus kommt man Kostenlos zu beiden Talstationen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der frische Kaffee aus einer Siebträgermaschine und das Birchler Müsli. Der Frühstücksraum ist der gemütliche Speisesaal vom Restaurant Bullrian. Man hat dort eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, dafür hat man alles was man braucht. Das Einzelzimmer hat ein großes Bett mit einem Balkon für eine fantastischen Ausblick auf die Berge. Für Skifahrer hat es einen Skiraum, wo man das Equipment unterbringen kann. Der Self Check In funktioniert über einen Code, den man per E-Mail bekommt. Man gibt diesen Code über Terminal am Eingang ein und bekommt die Zimmerschlüssel. Für mich wären Türkarten geschickter gewesen. Die Kurtaxe wird ebenfalls am Terminal per Kreditkarte fällig. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut.
