We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here recently. The staff was excellent and so very helpful, especially since we did not speak German. They were very friendly and quite helpful with all of our many questions. Their driver was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. The rooms were fabulous and the views from the balcony phenomenal. We will plan on coming back here again!

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good (to keep us fuelled for skiing) and the a-la-carte dinner was great too. I liked the outdoor hot tub, it's a nice experience, with the snow all around. The bus to the ski slopes worked perfectly and the ski room was good. The bedroom was nice and comfortable. I thought the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger. Overall a great experience.

I was here for (unfortunately only) two nights with my wife, and it was nothing less than a fantastic place with smiling people, neat rooms, and beautiful views during almost every activity including dining, being in the room, and enjoing the welness area. Highest and warmest recommendation.

This is a hotel with history but in min condition (renovated). We enjoyed the very nice spa and friendly staff. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices in a roomy area. Can only recommend!

No need to write much here - my second stay there and it was simply amazing! Only the wi-fi is not very functional. That said, you are there to ski and/or relax and not to spend your day on internet - right?

Accessible to ski school, lifts, and gear rental store etc via hotel shuttle bus; all in walking distance even when there is no bus. Hotel sauna facilities help relieve tiredness from ski. Very friendly hotel staff.

Overall we had a very good stay. The rooms are modern, cozy, comfortable and very clean. The staff at the reception and at the bar we’re very friendly and competent. The bus service to/from the ski lifts and station is efficient and very convenient. The only negative point is about the opening time of the restaurants. We arrived the first day right after 8:30pm. It was no longer possible to eat in any of the restaurants because the last order is at 8:30pm. We were not even able to order room service even if we should have been able to until 9:30pm. So we had to go to bed with an empty stomach.
