Such a special family owned hotel. We loved everything about it!

It is a lovely family owned hotel - 3 generations. They take great care to ensure everything is perfect for their guests. Nothing is too much to ask. The staff are wonderful. The views are incredible. Everything is so clean. The location is perfect. We definitely want to go back.

The staff where exceptionally nice and kind they even deducted my bill without being asked because i didn't eat breakfast there.

The wellness centre was very nice and cozy but they should've add a jacuzzi

A nice family run property with good access to all that Arosa has to offer.

The location was excellent, with a good view of the mountain ridge to the northwest. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast we pretty standard for the region, with sufficient options and quantities to fuel out activities in the cold air.

About that only thing I can criticize is the coffee. I am a coffee lover, and for my taste the coffee was a bit on the weak side.

Small but beautiful hotel with excellent value for money. The staff / host is exceptionally charming and instantly makes you feel at home. Breakfast buffet is small but there is all you need to have. The junior suite is highly recommendable. It will be our place to stay in Arosa in the future.

Terrible service.

The service we received was terrible. We ordered the room the same day we came for 2 nights, due to emergency we had to leave after one night and the hotel insisted to charge us for 2 nights even though we left after one night, they were unwilling to consider our request for even a partial refund. We are very disappointed.

Felt at home

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. My 4 yr old daughter really liked the stay. Very good breakfast, and meals were uncomplicated (could always find something to eat and drink, which was appreciated with all the restaurants being closed due to Covid measures). Kids play room was also nice. Close to the Ski school/ Kids snow play area (Innerarosa).

Room, balcony, hotel, parking, staff, breakfast, position, Arosa in general! Amazing holiday! We will be back! Dog friendly!

No control of the kids playing room, always open and easy solution for lazy/non respective parents leaving the kids playing in the room at any time ( starting from 6am). The room should be locked at evening and early morning to avoid first room’s guests to be distrurbed! We ad interest to do the sauna, first day we wanted to clear our week plan...the day after was fully booked for all week (afternoon). We would have appreciated an active communication from reception since we really wanted to have a slot! Restaraunt in the hotel is too basic with the menu! Grishuna is a great solution, pity for the waiter not so friendly!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, wir fühlten uns aufgehoben!

Die Lage war Perfekt, nahe an der Piste! Das Personal ist sehr höflich und freundlich, egal mit welchem Anliegen wir kamen. Das Frühstück, sowie das Abendessen war köstlich und die Gäste waren ebenso sehr angenehm.

Das einzige was und einwenig gestört hat war, dass das Zimmer sehr warm war und wir die Heizungen nicht verstellen konnten, aber mit Lüften ging es schlussendlich :)
