Excellent Swiss journey

The location is right on the bus stop for 2 directions. ski bus every 10 minutes each direction like a Swiss clock. the main lift one direction is 1 stop away and the other main lift is 4 stops away (7 min. bus). the SPA is amazing - if you have little kids there's also a nice small- medium size water slide! the staff is very very very kind. breakfast excellent. coffee at breakfast - more than excellent. cleaning every day.

if you insist on bad things (I tried hard and found these 2) - Ski room (in the same building at AlpinArosa is basic and shoes heater - no air so shoes don't dry off 100 percent. Walking 100m uphill from our room in AlpinArosa to BelArosa hotel where everything is at (breakfast, Spa). but not that bad...

Exceptional

BellaRosa is an absolutely exceptional place. From the moment you arrive, the attentive and genuinely warm staff make you feel truly cared for. As a family-run hotel, there’s a personal touch here — the hosts go out of their way to make your stay feel memorable and special, not just comfortable. The spa is pure luxury. Immaculate, tranquil, and beautifully designed, with an outstanding range of facilities including five saunas, a floating bath, and excellent massage treatments available on site. Breakfast was superb — high quality, freshly prepared, and thoughtfully served, with hot food and coffee brought directly to the table. Location-wise, it’s ideal: just a 5–7 minute walk into the town centre, and for those who prefer public transport, there’s a bus stop conveniently nearby. Overall BellaRosa is elegant, welcoming, and impeccably run. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We stayed in Alpin Arosa, a separate chalet-style building slightly downhill from the main hotel. In winter it did feel a bit cold walking back and forth, especially after using the sauna, but it was cheaper than staying in the main BellaRosa hotel and we quickly got used to it. Overall, a good value option. Also our room had a very nice view of the mountains.

Stay in BelArosa, not the Alpine Arosa!!

Purchased a room upgrade to the main facility at BelArosa, for which this review is really meant. Got a gigantic suite at like 60m2 in size, just excellent in every way imaginable.

Great stay, beatuful wellness and breakfast

I loved the access to the Belarosa facilities. Wellness, Restaurant, Bar all of them werde great. Once I booked a room we also got tickets for the public transport and a reduced entry price for the bear park.

personnel était très serviable et sympa. Le petit-déjeuner est grandiose, beaucoup de choix. L'endroit est très calme et avec vue. Le fitness, bain et sauna sont grandioses.

Il manquait de crochet pour les serviettes à la salle de bain. La salle de bain semble avoir été terminée rapidement, joints des robinets de douche, de la cabine de douche de travers

In diesem Hotel ist man wirklich Gast!

Frühstück sehr fein mit regionalen Produkten, Lage ruhig und trotzdem zu Fuss schnell im Zentrum, Zimmer gross und sauber, Personal in allen Bereich überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend,

Grundsätzlich nichts. Für mich nur die Beleuchtung im Zimmer, da ich "Buch-Leserin" bin war es eher dunkel.

Wir erhielten ein kostenloses Upgrade ins BelArosa. Das Frühstück Buffet war klein, jedoch von lokalen Händlern, sehr frisch zubereitet und hatte alles was man braucht, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat sich stets für die Wünsche eingesetzt.

Ein perfektes Hotel in den Alpen – top sauber, super Frühstück, tolle Wellness und extrem freundlich

Ich war ganz spontan im Belarosa – und absolut begeistert! Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist top, alles sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das reichhaltige Frühstück, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch die Wellness-Anlage ist wunderschön und lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Ich kann das Belarosa nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Arosa übernachte.
