It’s bad, no response from the hotel team

Location is excellent

Before checked in hotel, amount was deducted without my concern when I was guaranteed the reservation. None of the reception team is available after 7PM to until 8AM. None toilet kit is provided. I tried to call but no one is available , even before checked out tried to call through reception bell, but no hotel team is available to proceed for checkout and invoice issue. Wrongly located hotel as a 0.5Kms from the CHUR when I was search in booking.com, but realised that the property located 26 Kms from the church which is at AROSA. Because of this mis information, I lost my valuable sightseeing hours . In room AC and heater not available.

Great location but some practical necessities lacking for a fully comfortable stay

Great location (within short walking distance to the train station, the gondola and the main street), friendly staff, breakfast included, good shower, restaurant/bar downstairs, room with a view to the mountains (top floor double room)

The room itself (double room) not practical (no hooks/shelves in the bathroom - nowhere to place towels or anything else like cosmetics), only one bedside table on one side, a single uncomfortable wooden chair (think balcony chair) next to the bed. Can get noisy as can hear doors slamming in the corridor.

Good deal in Arosa

The hotel is very well located, a 5 min walk from the main station and area with 2 ski lifts. Also, there is a bus stop at the door that takes you to Hornli, another ski lift, in few minutes. While small, the room was ok: comfortable bed and pillows, closet for things, sockets near the bed, and a balcony. Breakfast is simple, but good variety. The shower powerful, but the area is tiny.

No main room light (only doorway and bedsides); Nowhere to write postcards; Wooden, folding, very uncomfortable chair; metal (noisy) shelves were too small; Dark-coloured light switches (even in the toilet and shower). No shelf or grab-handle in the shower. Maybe OK for younger people.

location is top. next to the upper lake in arosa, everything is in reach by foot. and the balcony gives you a nice view across the lake.

Very good location, short walk to the train, cable car and supermarket. In front of the towns public parking garage (6chf per day). Very well decorated. Great service in the bar/restaurant with a fantastic view over the lake and mountain.

The hotel is in a perfect location just minutes from the train and for ski hire and skiing. A BIG thank you to the friendly, helpful staff. Lovely clean rooms. Breakfast fabulous. Everything was amazing! The views are incredible, staff are brilliant, beds are super comfy, restaurant and bar downstairs was superb and breakfast was simple but delicious. But my favourite thing was the heated boot racks in the ski room. I know this is something that most hotels have but they have the timing of the heating spot on as your boots are warm and snug in the morning at exactly the time you want to go ski. We are regular visitors to Arosa and this is the best value for money we have experienced so far.

Its a little noisy from downstairs bar and guests returning after night out.

- Good location, next to a place to rent skii equipment, a coop (supermarket) and the city center) - Restaurant and bar on site - Parking lot nearby

- Basic room, not what I would expect for this price in Switzerland - Very few fresh fruits in the morning buffet - Even though there was a restaurant on-site, it was small and it was always fully booked (we got one place on our last evening late in the evening)

Would definitely visit again

Excellent location - you can see the ski lifts from the hotel! Lovely views too. The room was spacious, loved the balcony. Perfect mix of industrial & mountain style. Superb restaurant - we were after a great steak & that's exactly what we got!

We're both average height people but i can imagine for tall people the shower would be rather uncomfortable. Such low ceiling in the shower room!
