Very nice for a weekend getaway. Beautiful location, friendly, accommodating staff

The hotel was very accommodating. When we arrived, we realized that we had booked the wrong type of room. they worked with us to get us into a different room that met our needs very nicely. We had a balcony with a beautiful view

The breakfast was good but, seemed a little bit pricey for coffee, juice and bread.

Prime location for skiing and beautiful mountain view

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We could leave our bags in the storage room in the morning before checking-in for the afternoon, and we even got the keys to our room in advance, so we could stay on the slopes longer and not have to come all the way back to the hotel to check-in. The breakfast restaurant next door was 10/10, and was recommended to us by the staff. We also liked sitting in the lounge area and enjoyed a wonderful view of the mountains

Consider other options if you want to stay in Arosa.

Hotel offers nothing but room, ski room and car park. Location was OK because walking distance from start of skilifts

No breakfast, no bar in the hotel, no water kettle (we asked for one so got one at the end), no fridge, no mini bar no nothing. Nobody at reception after 7 or 8pm until 8am. Rooms were not done because not enough personal. We had to change room 1 hour after arrival because person at reception made an error. Water was spilling from the sink, shower drain was not working properly, and the room was noisy because on the main street. And still all of that for a relatively high price.

Room took until 6:30pm to be ready, by which time we had to go out to dinner. We only actually got into a clean room after dinner! Breakfast took so long we had to leave before it was ready

Wir waren begeistert vom Charme des Hotels, dem grosszügigen Zimmer, den Panoramafenster mit grossartigem Ausblick. Entgegen einiger der Bewertungen, fanden wir die Matratzen sehr bequem. Das Putzpersonal macht einen fantastischen Job! Und Peter macht einen grossartigen Gastgeber

Uns hat es gefallen! Zentrale Lage. Skiraum sehr gut gelegen.

Das klingt nun eher pingelig, etwas wenig Steckdosen hat es im Zimmer. Brotkörbchen am Morgen war eine gute Idee, aber Joghurt Müesli usw. Könnte man mit wenig Aufwand auch noch machen.
