Great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds and calm rooms. Great hotel.

The staff was friendly and the location is amazing and it’s inside a mall. Close to everything

Extra costs: gym and spa cost extra per day and that wasn’t laid out clearly enough on here. And the spa price doesn’t include the gym. If you’re staying at a studio you are on the 1st floor and it’s not really the hotel experience the other rooms get on the 3rd floor (that you don’t even have access to with your 1st floor key). The price would be ok with spa and gym included, but without it it’s really not

Really good restaurant adjacent, we got a room update for a deluxe room which was amazing, staff at check-in was really nice, comfortable beds!

Don't know about the bathroom design but glass walls and everything else in black is a bit bold... Makes you uncomfortable in certain situations...

The location is the only bright spot really. This is a very modern styled hotel in complete contrast to the others in Flims with which we are familiar. If you don't mind the "design" style only the location makes this a place to consider.

Ridiculous internal arrangements of the darkly lit rooms with basins, shower and toilet with dark glass between all three!! Horrible "abattoir chic" carpet and useless furniture in the room replicated throughout the hotel. No internal telephone in room - one has to send messages!! Fridge and safe were non-functioning on arrival and not repaired during our stay. Great location with resort lifts within yards of the back of the hotel. This is a very modern styled hotel in complete contrast to the others in Flims with which we are familiar. If you don't mind the "design" style only the location makes this a place to consider.
