Great location, nice rooms. Stayed in better ski hotels.

Great location right by lifts. Reception friendly and efficient. Rooms spacious and modern with nice valley views.

Insulation between rooms meant we heard next door’s phone calls late and night for two nights. Housekeeping / room quality control hit and miss. Safe didn’t work in one room and no body lotion in another (got one provided but it took quite some to and fro). Breakfast very little cooked fresh to order other than fried eggs and omelette. Cooked food under heat lamps so luke warm at best.

Staff was very friendly and professional. We really appreciated that our dog was welcomed in the restaurant (even during the breakfast) and bar.

The bed could be a bit harder, and a bathtub would be nice in winter time.

Super comfortable!!

Room was spacious. Spa was very cozy and comfortable. Gym was good. Parking facility was very convenient (although it s an additional cost). Breakfast tasted fresh and full of local products. Cinema facility was great although it would be great to have more movies in English. Cable car is just nearby.

Great modern hotel

We stayed in Flims for a weekend hiking trip and spent one night at this hotel. We really liked our modern room — the bed, pillows, linens, and towels were all of excellent quality and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the restaurant; the dinner was delicious, and the breakfast was excellent as well. The hotel itself is modern, spacious, and very well located. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use the spa, so we can’t comment on that, but we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I had wanted to stay at the hotel for a while as I have been to the area a few times over the years. It didn't quite come up to expectation. Maybe I was hoping for too much. First off though, parking and checking in were great. Staff very helpful and friendly and I was able to get an early check-in absolutely no bother. They also offered good advice on the cable car situation which was great as I was there for the hiking and mountain biking. Great location for the cable cars and bike hire store. Parking is very easy and supermarket, shops and cinema right on doorstep. I didn't get to see the gym or spa as I was out all day. The restaurant alongside was good quality but expensive. (Supermarket below the hotel). Room seemed to be trying a little too hard to be stylish. It was laid out in a rather odd way. (I stay in hotels 9 months of the year with my work as a tour guide so I see a lot of rooms!)

It had a door that adjoined another room and the noise came through easily. Not a massive complaint but for 250CHF for one night it is a big outlay for a room that was also very narrow and not massively comfortable and quite dark inside, especially the bathroom. "Balcony" outside wasn't private and didn't have a great view. Not a big deal for me as I was out all day on the mountain but I could see it being a disappointment for others.

I waited 2 hours for a massage appointment. I then waited 20 minutes after my reserved time and no one showed up. I went to reception to hear that the masseur didn’t realise he had an appointment. So, I wasted nearly 3 hours of my day and no massage. Not a great end to the weekend.

Great Place to Stay in Flims

Location is fantastic in the centre of Flims. Easy and secure to park. The rooms are nice and restaurant / bar great. Service was friendly.

Great location and modern facilities, awesome views of the valley. Convenient parking and good restaurant for dinner. Staff is extremely friendly and always helpful / welcoming for our baby.

Clean and comfortable room with ski-to-door access

Stays direct at ski lift station. Nice breakfast. Clean, well equipped and pleasant room. Coop supermarket and pharmacy are at -1 floor, big parking at -2 floor 15CHF/day, kids playground 15 min walking. Quite around, the road isn't noisy as speed limit in Flims is 30km/h.

Unfortunately there are only 2 elevators that serve a number of services so there are some long wait times. The pillows in the bed are terribly uncomfortable.

Breakfast: few options for a 4 star hotel and the quality of the vegetables were below average. Often we felt that the food was from the days before. e.g.: tomate and cucumber not fresh at all.

Right in the slopes and amazing spa

Located just on the slopes. Exceptional cleaning and thoughtful ambience. The rooms are very silent and protected from the light so sleeping was easy. The spa and relax area is amazing, all the space is new and this hotel is already worth it the price just for this service.

A bit complicated to understand the distribution of different areas but that’s why is called the Hide Hotel I guess :)

Never disappoints!

I love The Hide and go back whenever I can, it is a great hotel, well designed with a lovely bar, fantastic location by the ski lifts, always sweet kind and helpful staff. I usually take a double room with the Mountain View to enjoy the terrace :)

Gym should open earlier to accommodate early birds, may be nice to add body lotions to the set in the rooms :)

Relaxing hotel with direct access to the ski lifts!

The Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating of our requests. The room was extremely comfy and had a great balcony with view to the mountain. Additionally, the Spa was incredibly relaxing. Even after checking out, the staff allowed us to store the ski gear in their room and use the Spa facilities after a long day of skiing. Truly customer centric. Will return!

One of the top places to relax while skiing in Switzerland

The breakfast is great, the location is very convenient for all possible intents and purposes, the rooms are excellent, with wonderful bathrooms. The gym was excellent, I never used the sauna, but the facilities looked very welcoming.

Nothing to dislike. Note: there is no place in the rooms to prepare your own snacks, but there is a small fridge.

Lovely getaway

Very good location. The Wellness & Gym areas were lovely, so was the Bar/Lobby. Checkin staff was very friendly and helpful. Considering we visited during off-season, the choice at breakfast was excellent.
