Misleading, disappointing

The only positive aspect of the stay was the sauna, which was very good.

The reception does not operate at hours convenient for guests, which creates unnecessary inconvenience. The room photos are clearly retouched and misleading — they present a much better image than the actual condition. The hotel itself is old and poorly maintained. The wooden windows do not close properly, and there was a constant draft in the room. The furniture is visibly worn and outdated.

Not a good experience, not value for money, disappointed with the staff’s customer service which is non existent

The staff is very rude, particularly the receptionist. Lack of manners, shouted at me because I entered by mistake with my ski boots into the hotel which I understood but did not see and I apologized and went back outside, however he kept shouting that I need to go out NOW NOW. Lowest customer service ever!! Breakfast is a joke, super poor, few tired food options only, tables are dirty, milk does Not get refilled, no one talks to you at breakfast. So so unwelcoming. Way far from being value for money…

Great sauna facility, you make it as hot as you like and we had it all to ourselves. breakfast straightforward and the staff was amazingly helpful, they went above and beyond for all our questions and allergies.

All in all a big surprise. For the money we paid for sure the best place in Flims.

Breakfast was very good. A lot of different meat, cheese, cereals and very tasty bread. All in all much better than the average in this category. Our dog loved the large room and was happy. They also have enough parking spots for your car.

It is close to the street but not too noisy. The water should be a big hotter (ok for a shower but difficult for a bath).

The worst Ski Hotel I've ever been to

We spent two nights at T3 Alpenhotel in Flims. These were the two worst nights I've ever spent in a ski hotel. 1. The breakfast was terrible. 2. The rooms and bathrooms were of a very low quality. 3. The hotel bar played extremely loud music until midnight that could be heard from our room on the second floor. It was impossible for my wife and family to relax and impossible to go to sleep due to this. 4. The Hotel manager was aggressive and extremely rude. Staying in T3 Alpenhotel has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. My simple advice - Never stay here and be happy !

very friendly and motivated international service and restaurant Team. 5+ languages spoken. Big room with nice view, very clean. convenient access from underground parking to Hotel. Close to Public transportation. Can leave your car parked at the hotel when going skiing. Great skiing Equipment Storage. Close to the ancient village to go for a stroll .

The staff were really friendly and there was a great atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed a buffet dinner one evening too.

They could have provided robes for the sauna, but otherwise everything was great.

Super ski weekend spot - we‘ll be back

Very conveniently located and great family suite with two separate connecting rooms. The staff were extremely kind and friendly and eager to to go the extra mile to help with requests and tourist advice.

The toilet seat in our room was loose and there was no kettle, even though it was advertised. After asking for it we got it, though.
