The room was great, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was as well quite nice and spacious. The hotel was good, had a nice sauna and was within a 3 min walking distance of the bus station to go to the ski lifts, which was great. The breakfast was quite nice, lots of options and the staff was very friendly. There is a paid garage where you car park your car and there are also a few free parking spots outside right in front of the hotel.
Nothing to complain about, we had a great experience overall.

The rooms were very comfortable. Most of them have amazing views over the mountains. The ski bus stop is very close to the hotel. The food was great. The staff was the real highlight. Everyone was really friendly, helpful and very attentive.

The only positive aspect of the stay was the sauna, which was very good.
The reception does not operate at hours convenient for guests, which creates unnecessary inconvenience.
The room photos are clearly retouched and misleading — they present a much better image than the actual condition. The hotel itself is old and poorly maintained. The wooden windows do not close properly, and there was a constant draft in the room. The furniture is visibly worn and outdated.
