Overall would give it a good rating . However , the mattress was too firm for my taste. Amenities were great though and enjoyed the pool and easy parking . The unit was very spacious and the staff was helpful.

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. All was good except we found some broken glass on the floor which a friend's 3 year old daughter managed to put in her mouth thinking it was snow/ice. Pool area very nice, good hot tub area. View was of a car park and petrol station rather than mountains as described but COOP was handy for food, as very well stocked.

Nice apartment with lots of space. Great for kids and pets. Nice bar downstairs. The shuttle to the ski lifts was quick and regular. The only downside was the showers. They need a proper shower head.

We got 4.5 rooms apartment for 5 adult + 2 kids. The apartment was clean, nice and spacious for our little kids to move around. The hotel has a good size swimming pool, nice jacuzzi with light & relaxing music area and on top of that a good sauna area. The hotel location is perfect and right next to the gas station (with small supermarket 'Coop' which we could just walk and fetch some fresh breads for breakfast every morning. There is also a hiking trail in the forest up to the hill behind the hotel. We had a great time there.

Whilst the slopes are only a short 5 min walk, the hotel runs a regular mini-bus from 8am to 11am for guests, and the same in the evenings. A wonderful place to base your stay in marvellous LAAX.
