Excellent location, less than a 5-minute walk from the train station. Everything was super clean.
Coffee, tea, pastries, fruit, water, and beer were provided.
There was also a book with recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets, gelato shops, and interesting activities — very useful for tourists.

Le Rondini is genuinely exceptional. The apartment isn’t just clean — it’s immaculately kept, down to the smallest detail. Everything is placed with care: neatly arranged drawers, perfectly folded towels, and a level of organisation you’d normally only see in a top hotel. It honestly feels like staying in a 5-star property, but with more warmth and personality.
The facilities are excellent, including a proper ground-coffee machine and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s clear a lot of thought goes into making the space feel welcoming.
We were greeted by Isabella, who was outstanding from the moment we arrived — warm, enthusiastic and genuinely keen to help. Her kindness sets the tone for the whole experience.
The touches around the apartment make it even better: homemade juice, cakes, little extras you don’t expect but really appreciate.
If you want somewhere close to the station — especially for the Bernina Express, this is perfect.
A standout stay that easily outperforms many “premium” hotels. Highly recommended.

Great location in the town. Very clean, warm welcome, great little touches.
Advance warning would have been useful that it’s extremely hard to find a restaurant on a Saturday evening if not booked in advance.

Very special property. The feeling that the host really care about the guests was in all the details.
We were a family of four renting both rooms and therefore the kitchen was just for us and worked well as a sitting room for playing games.
Kitchen is well equipped and we all loved excellent coffee and snacks provided.
A display with maps and tourist information in the kitchen served us well in planning our hiking trips. This wealth of local info was not easily available on the internet. The hiking trails in the area are really beautiful and well worth trying if you are so inclined.
The location of the property is very handy as well - 4 min walk from the train station. The apartments were super clean and well maintained. The access to a washing machine and dryer was very handy as it was a half way point in our trip.
We also liked Tirano itself. It’s a small but very pleasant village with lots of little cafes and restaurants. And you have a beautiful view from every corner of it. All together a great stay.
