I liked the location and in general the room.
My room was too dark there was not enough lights.

The hotel is very convenient to the train station. The room I got was nice, not excellent. The room itself was fine for one night, and I slept very well in their very comfortable bed.
I was on the top floor, and the elevator does not go to that floor, and there is no one to help with luggage. I was not warned this was a possibility. Also, the entrance was hard to find; be warned—instructions were sent with photos via WhatsApp, that I don’t use so I had to download. At night they are not that obvious. I was so busy during the day that I missed the instructions and was chided by the owner for not looking for them.
Checkout wasn’t at the hotel, so I had to drag my luggage quite a distance to check out, which rather made its location less significant.

The room was quite spacious for a budget room, very clean and tidy and access was simple. The check in at the Terra hotel was easy and the ability to check out at the restaurant where breakfast was provided was excellent. The location is about as close as you can get to the Bernina Express Station and the main train station and there are plenty of restaurants around there to eat in.
Because of the proximity to the main road, it is very noisy both from traffic and the residential area in which it is located. The air conditioning was intermittent and noisy and clearly needs servicing.
