Perfect location next to the train station, the suite we had was on 4th floor with spacious terrace with mountain and city view. We experienced a sunset you cannot describe with words!

Great location near the train station & restaurants. Breakfast was good value with good food.
The AC was not working in one of the rooms and it was quite hot with only a noisy fan to help keep cool.

Breakfast was ok, it was served at a restaurant. Some food items were on the bar counter such as cereal, milk, yogurt & sweets. Others were brought out on a little tray such as bite size croissants/rolls & ham cheese. We didn’t touch ham/cheese, just had croissants & coffee. Didn’t know we could order made to order foods as they were not offered to us. Server didn’t seem to be helpful so we didn’t bother to ask.
Location& room were very good. We found an Italian deli restaurant close by with best lasagna & eggplant parmigiana to make up for mediocre breakfast.

The room was quite spacious for a budget room, very clean and tidy and access was simple. The check in at the Terra hotel was easy and the ability to check out at the restaurant where breakfast was provided was excellent. The location is about as close as you can get to the Bernina Express Station and the main train station and there are plenty of restaurants around there to eat in.
Because of the proximity to the main road, it is very noisy both from traffic and the residential area in which it is located. The air conditioning was intermittent and noisy and clearly needs servicing.
