Great location opposite the railway station. Nice restaurant in the hotel and included breakfast was great.
Small windows with fixed curtains didn't allow much natural light. Unfortunately our room was directly above the kitchen so it was noisy until late and then an early start for the kitchen staff woke us.

Staff welcome, closeness to rail stations. Good breakfast, excellent evening meal. Tea making facilities and fridge (minibar) in the room.
The room was rather dark. The mattress was very hard as was the pillow. Access to the entrance was by steps at each end of a terrace; there was space at one end to replace steps with a ramp

The hotel was selected because of it's location, we were arriving on the Bernina Express and Tirano was effectively a lay over. We were pleasantly surprised and relieved at how lovely the hotel was. Check in was easy and the staff were competent and friendly, very happy to help. It was very comfortable.
