A great option if you want to stay in a quite rural location away from the town.

The property is based around an old farm building so has heaps of character. Warm welcome. Great breakfast. The owners can collect you from Tirano station if you are coming by public transport. There is also a bus stop around 5 mins walk away. The walk into Tirano is mostly on quiet back rounds so it is possible to avoid the busy main road.

The property is in a very quiet location, so few eating opportunities around. However, the room has cooking facilities so catering for yourself is an option.

Incredible place, from the location to how the renewed the place, everything is perfect. The Staff is just amazing, from the check-in, to dinner, to breakfast, they are just perfect and always with a smile and happy to help. PS. Try the restaurant, food is amazing!

Enjoyed very much!

The place is so atmospheric and cool, you feel like you're brought back in time! Staff was amazing from the moment we arrived, very friendly and helpful. There is a lift to go to the top floors. Our room was weirdly shaped but still comfortable. There was teas, coffees, fridge, complimentary water and even some biscuits. The AC wasn't working (or maybe we just didn't know how to turn it on) but we didn't need it as it was cool during the night. We also dined at the restaurant below and it was amazing! Breakfast was also very good!

Not a biggie for me but my boyfriend is quite tall and there was a low beam in the bathroom from the ceiling and kept banging his head. Maybe a little sign will help? As said the AC wasn't working but I'm not sure if it was because we didn't know how to turn it on. Bed was a bit smaller than normal but was comfortable. The bathroom didn't have a bidet (I know for some people this is not an issue) and the shower only had a shower head and no hand shower. Overall not big issues, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Happy with the choice, I recommend it!

Absolutely everything! The staff was amazing, and the apartment was spotless. It felt like we were staying in a mansion in the 1700s, but it was also modernly equipped. Breakfast: tasty, with all options.

This place was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, and genuinely cared for our experience. The restaurant served really good quality food, and the free breakfast in the morning was well beyond our expectations. The building facilities inside and out were well maintained and clean.

Should I ever come back to Tirano this is the place I will go to.

Very friendly and passionate hosts willing to go the extra mile. The rooms / apartments are decorated with much love to detail and are worth a visit on their own. We did especially fancy the bathroom. The restaurant has a very nice choice of local specialties and exceptional desserts. I would highly recommend to make a reservation!

1) a longer bed ie about 6 inches longer. 2) screens or mesh on the windows to stop mosquitoes entering the room. 3) small comfortable chair(s) in etc room as there was nowhere to relax. 4) option of blankets instead of the doona on each bed.

Amazing stay in a stunning setting

We absolutely loved our stay at Contrada Beltramelli! The setting is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the food was delicious (dinner and breakfast) and the staff were super friendly. They were very good with my gluten intolerance, and even helped us with a lift back to the station. 100% recommend a stay here!

Fascinating stay

Very welcoming host. Beautifully renovated and decorated building. I found this place totally fascinating. Our room was very good and it smelled so nice. Only thing is bed was very small but bigger one would not fit in the room. Fruit and drinks in the room complimentary. We had our dinner at the restaurant that is part of the hotel. It was exquisite. Breakfast was all local produce and beautifully presented. Very interesting walk through the old houses and wine yards behind. Loved our stay here and would come back anytime. Also loved the paintings on the walls from an Italian artist.

A characterful hotel with friendly and helpful staff

Room decor and traditional farm furnishing and ornaments gave the flat a real farmhouse feel. The breakfast was excellent with delicious coffee. We also enjoyed the restaurant in the evening. The owner very kindly gave us a lift to the main Tirano train station in the morning.

A gorgeous historical farmhaus where you must go!

The Contrada Beltramelli is a gorgeous place and I highly recommend staying and having lunch there. The host is very friendly, helpfull and caring. The breakfast was fantastic and with local products! It was very clean and the staff respects the Covid-preventive measures.
