Fabulous hotel - everything was perfect!

Lovely welcoming boutique hotel close to train station.

Contemporary and stylish hotel with welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean room. Good sized modern bathroom with a great shower. Excellent breakfast. Convenient for train station, plenty of places to eat close by. Would definately stay here again.

Excellent location and very comfortable and friendly hotel

We stayed here as a group and one of us had mobility issues. The staff were extremely accommodating of this and the location was also perfect - a 5 min walk from the station. Hotel has been finished to a high standard and rooms are lovely and clean with plenty of space. Staff were lovely and friendly and really made us feel at home. Breakfast was great too

Best of the week

I picked this hotel because it was near the train station and not a bad price. The hotel was very modern, very clean, well lit, great shower. Staff were lovely. Breakfast good. Couldnt fault it.

Tirano town was a but disappointing but this hotel was brilliant. Stayed in many hotels in my life. Thus wad up with the best.

Very convenient and spacious!

The breakfast is now in the basement, previously you needed to go to other places on the street but now it is in the property itself. It was pleasant but limited, very Italian so lots of cakes, cereals, boiled eggs and ham and bread rolls. There was no hot food as far I could see at all. The hotel itself was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff were all very nice* It is good value for money and could no be closer to the Bernina Express if that is why you are there.

I suppose if you are catering for tourists ( all the guests I saw were British or Australian) maybe they should put toast on or something hot. APart from that I was very satisfied.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean, and it is a centrally located, with a three minute walk to train station. The girls in reception, Giulia and Laura were very helpful. We a had a beautiful and very big room. The bathroom was quite spacious, with a large shower. The breakfast was good- fruit, cereal, pastries, meat, cheese, eggs, dried fruit, beverages, juice, bread. Thank you

Convenient location

We specifically booked this hotel as it had a check in time of 1pm. They even checked what time we were arriving and when I said 1pm they said that’s great. When we arrived at 1pm they said they were still cleaning and that the booking.com site was out of date and that is not the check in time. She said come back at 2. When we came back at 2pm they said previous girl was wrong and it would be another hour wait. Really unhelpful and false advertising. Such a disappointing experience for what is a very average hotel.

The sign for the hotel is very small and difficult to spot when driving in busy traffic. Limited parking if you don't arrive early

Superb stylish hotel in centre of Tirano.

Brand new hotel, elegantly decorated and very near to Tirano train station. Super friendly and helpful staff. Also ate in their restaurant which is adjacent to the hotel and the food and service were fab. Highly recommend!

Only possible complaint is that window was small so not a lot of light.

The location was handy for the train station. It was a modern building with high levels of security to gain entrance. Breakfast was provided by a nice restaurant next door.

The room was very compact, minimalistic, and probably suitable for a single traveller, not really for a couple. The location was on a main road but the rooms were well sound insulated so it did not keep us awake.

Perfect stay

Extremely clean and tidy rooms. Perfect location for Bernina Express/local trains. Large variety of breakfast in a very nice restaurant ran by the owners. Allesia was super helpful and she welcomed us very warmly. I wish we were staying there for longer!

Very nice hotel located close to the train station. Clean modern rooms. As our train did not leave until 2 pm, we were allowed to keep our luggage after our 11am checkout. That was very much appreciated.

The stay in Tirano is always good, the hotel is also perfect and location could not be better.

Breakfast was very good and the service friendly.

The air circulation in the bathroom of room 13 was far too cold. It felt like stepping into a fridge. A bathroom of course needs to have air circulation but at a warmer temperature!!
