We were here for one day. The check in and check out were seamless and the rooms were spacious and well managed.

Cute, clean, and spacious. Great location! Manager/owner changed location the day of checkin, which is not what you would expect as I had already captured and saved the location previously provided. This caused me my family to roam around late at night for about 45 mins in the cold trying to find the B&B. Manager was rather rude when we called her for assistance. Please provide correct address up front to avoid confusion later!! Nice visit otherwise. Convenient for Bernina Express trip.

Good resting point for Bernina

Very good location, 5 minutes walking from Bernina train.

Room was nothing special, the bed was stiff, no night lamp near the bed itself, no socket near the bed to charge the phone, no AC. It wasn’t a nightmare room but it was really overpriced for what they offered, breakfast not included it’s kinda ok, nothing special ad well.

Everything was great, the location, the attendance of the staff, it was clean, brilliant and the best ratio price. It's located besides the river, so you've a beautiful spot just outside the hotel.

Perfectly adequate hotel central to everything…

Proximity to station and restaurants, helpfulness of the staff, most of the amenities were good to great, let down by just a couple of things!

I can usually sleep on the proverbial clothes line, but I did find the bed was quite hard and woke up very stiff! Also there was an egg cooker and instructions at breakfast… but sadly “no eggs”!

Nice view from the room and balcony

Nice location. Very good view from one of the apartments on the top floor. Very cosy and beautiful room at a good price that made us extend the our stay with one night despite the few flaws of the room.

Very strange shower that was very difficult to set a cold enough temperature but that was probably just our apartment. Little bit strange smell in the apartment but once again might have been just our apartment and was easy to get rid of having all windows open that was needed anyway because of the warm weather during our stay.

Less than ten minute walk from station and old town. Very friendly owner / staff. Small but adequate, clean room. Easy check in / out. Not directly liked to the hotel but l would add that the train journey from Chur to Tirano was astounding!

A comfortable hotel with a family atmosphere

The Hotel is short 8-minute walk from the Bernina train terminus (beside the FS station) – walk straight away from the station until you reach a main road. Then turn right. The hotel staff made us feel welcome and they were very helpful in answering our questions. It is a small hotel with a friendly, warm atmosphere. Our room was warm, clean and comfortable, with a large en suite bathroom. The buffet breakfast had variety and quality. Overall - excellent.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, even though I booked it very last minute. It's located approximately 5 minutes away from the train station and also very close to the city centre. The room was not big, but it was completely enough for my short 1 night stay there and there was definitely enough space for storage (huge wardrobe, table, chair). Room and also bathroom were very clean. And I had also a beautiful view out of my window!
