A wonderful accommodation, perfect for our Bernina express trip.

The location is so convenient, next to the train station and the Bernina express station. The place is nice and cozy, was perfect for our 2 night stays in Tirano. The host was extremely welcoming and she went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. W

Wish we could have stayed longer

We were so impressed with Alessia and the room we were offered. It was very cozy, homely accommodation, very comfortable which catered to all our needs. The breakfast was a delicious simple continental with fresh pastries and bread. The location was really close to the Train/Bus station and a few minutes work to the main square. Best off all, Alessia was a very friendly host, recommended a very nice pizzeria restaurant called Bracere and advised us on some sight seeing locations.

The only thing I could say is that my wife preferred a long mirror in the bedroom. However there was large mirror in the bathroom. So no dramas! :o)

Great, for a train stay holiday.

Alessia is a charming host, a pleasure to deal with. Plenty of information to help forward planing. We cocked up leaving Tirano train station and had a long walk round to get to Alessia's house. Don't do this, communicate with Alessia and find the underpass. The B&B is then on the left. Simple when you know.

Perfect for a short stay. We loveld it and will stay here again if we ever come back to the beautiful Tirano.

very clean, spacious and comfortable. 5 minutes walking from the train and bus station. There are 3 flight of stairs to consider and no heating after mid May. Very nice laundromat just across the street. The hostess was very gracious and helpful, a lovely lady indeed. She made us a delicious breakfast with local produce and fruit from her garden.l and kept our luggage after checkout while we went to see the lovely Sanctuary.

Excellent starting point for the Bernina red train

Staff is friendly and provide very good recommendation about Tirano and Switzerland, based on what the guests is looking for. High attention to details, cleanness and comfortable room (we got the #1, out of 2 but it is in expansion) with very good mattress. Parking inside the courtyard, free of charge. Perfect location, closed to the train station with pedestrian underpass.

Good classic Italian breakfast, precise; it might be improved, to give more choice to guests, including fresh fruits, for instance. Some items were limited, like coffee caps. Parking not possible to keep after checkout, but alternatives are available (train station, kids park).

What a lovely place! New, clean, modern, very close to the railwaystation. Alessia is super helpful and friendly, breakfast is good. We had the bigger room with balcony -lovely! Stay here if you visit Tirano!

Alessia was warm and friendly and her home is clean, fresh and welcoming.

Alessia was absolutely delightful! So friendly and offered suggestions for dinner and a hike. The breakfast she made was delicious and we enjoyed it in the balcony overlooking the lush backyard. Her rooms are fresh, clean and very comfortable beds!

We should have asked for a fan to cover the noise from the neighbor above who was walking around until 1:00 am. But you could have that problem in any hotel.

Alessia is such a warm and welcoming host! place is very clean, close to the Bernina express - very convenient - delicious breakfast. Very quiet location- we were able to rest well for our overnight stay. There’s a laundromat right across the street! Love everything about our stay there. Make sure to use the tunnel / stair way right at the station to cross to the other side - easier way esp when hauling luggages! 😉

Hermoso, muy limpio, muy céntrico, Alessia la anfitriona una excelente persona, muy amable y colaboradora en lo que se necesite. El lugar está cerca de restaurantes, y hay una lavandería cruzando la calle, está muy cerca del centro histórico.

Consgliatissima questa struttura, per prezzo, convenienza e perché Alessia è un’ottima Host!

La struttura è vicinissima alla stazione dei treni, è strategica per chi deve prendere il trenino del Bernina. La camera é luminosa e ampia e ha tutti i confort. Alessia ci ha accolto e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per il weekend. La colazione era molto buona, con prodotti del giardino dell B&B.

Ad un passo dal Bernina.

Bella struttura, vicino alla stazione ripartenza del Bernina. Camera pulita ed accogliente. Colazione dolce varia ed abbondante. La proprietaria, ospite gentilissima, ci ha dato anche molte informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno, da dove mangiare a cosa fare.

La connessione wifi è un pò bassa nella stanza.
