1 minute walk to station.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful
Comfortable bed.
Stairs to accomodation, but you are going to get that everywhere in old places in Italy.
Another thing which didn’t worry us, but others may be banking on was we were told in check-in stove top and oven not working in room.

The B&B is just a 1-minute walk from Tirano railway station, making it incredibly convenient for catching an early train. The host was very kind and welcoming, and breakfast was superb, the staff was very helpful to fill up our bottle with drinking water.
Do note that a late check-in after 8 pm incurs a €30 charge. The room was basic and small, suitable mainly for a short 1–2 night stay. Overall, perfect for a quick overnight stop
