Die Portionen beim Abendessen waren etwas zu klein, aber sehr lecker und fein. Das Frühstücks Buffet hatte leider eine nicht so große Auswahl.

Bel Hotel in posizione stupenda per esplorare la Val Poschiavo, il lago ed i ghiacciai e Tirano. Ottima cucina del ristorante con prodotti locali con personale al TOP 10/10. Poi l'erboristeria di famiglia un bel progetto da sostenere forza 100% Poschiavo.

L'interesse verso il cliente mi mancava un po', ma non influisce sulla recensione credo che sia così oggigiorno

I expected little soulful hotel because I know and like Raselli bio herbal tea. Unfortunately we overpaid our stay. There was no vegetable or margarine at breakfast which for me as healthy balanced eating person with diary allergy was a problem which as frequent traveler I never have, so I had to go and buy myself proper breakfast from little village shop. The stuff did organized some non diary products, but I don’t tolerate soya neither and definitely prefer veggies over fancy hardly compostable napkins. The stuff at breakfast was always disturbing, loud, cleaning around, nice lady seemed overworked to me. In restaurant there are also hardly healthy vegetarian options, so I don’t want to see pizza long time. In bathroom there is a sign of eco hotel, which is not true, we received a big bag with new towels, toiletries the second morning. At check out the receptionist wanted to bill us again already paid bill and he didn’t ask for the room key so in stress my husband forgot and had to mail it. Little details, definitely the worst stay we had ever. But the lake, mountains, train ride and Tirano are lovely.
