Disappointing experience

I expected little soulful hotel because I know and like Raselli bio herbal tea. Unfortunately we overpaid our stay. There was no vegetable or margarine at breakfast which for me as healthy balanced eating person with diary allergy was a problem which as frequent traveler I never have, so I had to go and buy myself proper breakfast from little village shop. The stuff did organized some non diary products, but I don’t tolerate soya neither and definitely prefer veggies over fancy hardly compostable napkins. The stuff at breakfast was always disturbing, loud, cleaning around, nice lady seemed overworked to me. In restaurant there are also hardly healthy vegetarian options, so I don’t want to see pizza long time. In bathroom there is a sign of eco hotel, which is not true, we received a big bag with new towels, toiletries the second morning. At check out the receptionist wanted to bill us again already paid bill and he didn’t ask for the room key so in stress my husband forgot and had to mail it. Little details, definitely the worst stay we had ever. But the lake, mountains, train ride and Tirano are lovely.

Good location; modern, clean, well equipped room; friendly and helpful service; excellent food.

The hotel is well located in Le Prese, a short walk from Lake Poschiavo. It is easy to access by car and there is adequate parking. The train station and the bus stop are also conveniently close by. We thoroughly enjoyed using the provided travel pass to take the Bernina Express train across the Bernina Pass to the Engadin valley and back again - a spectacular journey. All of the hotel staff - reception, restaurant, etc. - were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and well equipped. The beds were exceedingly comfortable. It is a quiet location so we slept very well indeed. A nice buffet breakfast was provided and dinner in the hotel restaurant was of excellent quality at a reasonable price. We enjoyed a lovely stay and would highly recommend the Raselli Sport Hotel.

It was located in a beautiful setting with the train stop right across the road (so convenient). The food at the restaurant is also delicious!

The location, although convenient for travel purposes and beautiful, was out of town with no shops close by. We had a sick person in our group and was unable to get her anything medicine or water during the night. The reception was also unfortunately not available 24/7.

Immediately next to the train stop. Perfect location for exploring the vast Poschiavo Valley. Room furthest from the road is very quiet. Lovely room layout and clean, modern bathroom.

Road right in front of the hotel that can get busy and therefore can be somewhat noisy (take room furthest from the road to mitigate road noise).

Nice and neat hotel on a good location and we had a comfortable approach by the staff.

The lights in the room were quite harsh and not cozy and also the van in the bathroom a bit noisy, in spite of the rest of the great interieur

So many things to like… Great location at the Le Prese train station. Warming hospitality by the reception staff. Comfort room was very comfortable. Loved the amazing selection of Raselli teas in the room. Free Parking.

We had eaten dinner at the Raselli a week prior in the Stübli, the small dining room, as a non-hotel guest, and loved it. During our stay, our expectations for dinner in the main dining room were high, but we ended up disappointed. Dinner service was very slow. Main dining room was a bit like a family cafeteria. Next time I eat at the Raselli, I would request a dinner table in the Stübli.

Superb

Clean and nice room with mountain view, restaurant was also very good. Smiling staff. Very close to lake, nice to go out and have a walk around. It's next to train station.

Staff didn't speak English, we had to communicate with body language mostly. Room was smaller than expected but still nice. Rooms didn't have minibar and there is no place around locally for shopping (coop, migros, denner, aldi, lidl, avec, karma, kiosk, nothing...), closest one is in Poschiavo.

Overall great stay

Location, room, parking and wifi, restaurant.

The included breakfast was a buffet which, during corona-epidemic, is not ideal. The breakfast was excellent but I didn’t like the fact that all guests touched the same utensils such as bread knives, spatulas or bottles. There was antiseptic gel at the entrance but that was not safe enough for the duration of the meal. Other than that, it was a very nice, much needed time off and the hotel is a perfect choice.

Tutto. Struttura servizi personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Attraversi la strada è sei alla fermata del treno che da Tirano ti porta a Saint Moritz. Attraverso paesaggi meravigliosi. Grazie a Sig. Marcello e Sig. Bruno e tutto lo staff Per la professionalità gentilezza e l'accoglienza. Ottima anche la cucina e la pizza del nostro conterraneo. Abbiamo condiviso l inizio del nuovo anno splendidamente, cena ottima e buona musica Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza in tutta serenità e coccolati. Grazie per tutto ❤️

Que sorte tivemos !!

Uma agradável e providencial surpresa, quando reservamos de última hora 2 quartos. Na recepção, a simpatia do Sr Bruno a falar português fluente com dicas de passeios e a oferta de up grade na reserva .Todos os detalhes do hotel e restaurante impressionam: os pratos para as crianças , os chás maravilhosos, a iluminação … por fim o sorriso dos funcionários. A localização é magnifica, mesmo ao lado da estação de Prese ( Tirano / San Moritz). Voltarei ? Voltaremos !!! Recomendo à todos !

Freundliches Personal, kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffet mit regionalen Produkten. Super Lage, egal ob mit dem Zug oder Auto. Super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns aber im grossen Ganzen sehr gefallen, man kann das Hotel sicher empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war gut und für den Preis ausreichend Die Lage sehr gut.

Mit dem Nachessen waren wir nicht zufrieden. Menueauswahl könnte verbessert werden. Küche kann sich sicher noch ein wenig steigern.

War ein voller Erfolge. Kommen wieder!

Liegt gerade bei der Haltestelle. Sehr freundlicher Familienbetrieb. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Wenige Minuten entfernt vom Lago Posciavo. Waren mit Hund dort. Perfekt. Waren zwei Übernachtungen dort und bekamen eine Gästekarte für Zug und Bus für das Puschlav für freie Fahrt. Hotel liegt an der Strasse. Zimmer liegen seitlich, somit nur minimer Strassenlärm während des Tages.

Freundlich, Sauber und gut es Essen.

Das Zimmer war leider an der Strasse und deshalb Motorenlärm. Es wurde erst etwas ruhiger von 2 Uhr bis 6 Uhr … Somit hatten wir uns Problem mit dem Schlafen… Das nächste Mal ein Zimmer weiter hinten im Neubau !
