exciting to be at 2000 m in the mountains, not much else than a solid building with really nice clean setup and great staff
busses were a little tricky, little challenging to get to the destination. But there are also trains. It's just connecting from Zurich later in the day was a challenge

Location and welcoming dogs
Very quiet at night (our room was facing the mountain)
Very good breakfast and very nice restaurant with local specialties
Bathroom and amenities a bit basic
Some rules seem weird for this kind of hotel and considering the price: for instance to ask to pay if you use more than 2 coffee pods (we stayed 4 nights) or the amount of soap given (we did not even get a refill)
Missing maybe a cosy room with fire and coffee / tea

The staff were ready to help with any questions (Tanya was very attentive). The breakfasts were varied and delicious.
The window faced the road and was noisy at night.
