die Lage und die Ruhe sind wundervoll. Im Sommer gute Ausgangposition für Gletscher- oder sonstige Wanderung. Im Winter top zum Schneeschuhlaufen.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Stayed for 1 night as part of trip on Bernini red railway, wanted to stay somewhere unique and the Berghaus is reached by cable car so it was an adventure.
Booked the hot tub as a special treat and it was amazing.
Small niggle, but pillow was a little bit lumpy.

It’s like a fairy tail, all the snow around and mountains . The hotel is nice, food in the restaurant was tasty, the stuff was very thoughtful and took amazing care of special food requests
The bed is not comfortable. It was impossible to book a jacuzzi. There is nothing to do around in the evening, it is totally isolated

• personale : cameriere di sala estremamente gentile
• extra (Jacuzzi): abbiamo avuto un disguido con la Jacuzzi (il meteo per nostra sfortuna non é stato favorevole, consentendoci di permanere solo 20 minuti) e senza ci fosse bisogno di farlo notare se ne sono accorti. Senza doverlo chiedere ci hanno proposto due soluzioni alternative, veramente ne siamo rimasti colpiti e ha cambiato molto la percezione del soggiorno, in positivo.
• Cena vegetariana ottima, con addirittura polpette di fake meat al posto del secondo di carne previsto dal menù e colazione molto buona
• pasti compresi: Non ho trovato scritto da nessuna parte che nella cena (compresa nella prenotazione) l’acqua fosse da pagare a parte (e da pagare cara).
• alloggio: Stanza un po’ datata (soprattutto il bagno), basterebbe poco per rendere più giustificabile il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
