Das Essen war gut, das Frühstückbuffet reichhaltig. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. die Organisation ist gut mit Bahn und Parkplatz im Preis inbegriffen.
Das Personal war freundlich aber nicht lösungsorientier. wir wollten den Hot-Pot besuchen leider hätten wir den im Voraus bei der Buchung reservieren müssen. am folge Tag hatten ich reserviert, leider wurde dies nicht notiert und wir konnten den Hot-Pot wieder nicht benützen. Das Personal war nicht effizient.

Die Übernachtung auf der Diavolezza ist natürlich vorallen wegen der Lage des Berggasthauses und dem spektakulären Panorama ein Highlight jeder Engadin-Reise. Die wechselnde Abendstimmung zu beobachten ist unbeschreiblich. Die Zimmer sind schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auf 3000 m.ü.M eine warme Dusche nehmen zu können, empfinde ich als Luxus.
Diese Zimmer haben keinen direkten Blick auf den Palü oder den Gletscher, dafür sind Sie sehr ruhig. Beim Nachtessen sehe ich noch etwas Potential nach oben.

The Food we had was terrible i expected at least something from the area but no it was a local dish from ,Argau' the meet was completely dry and everything was cold it wasn't the quality i expected
