Beautiful hotel with a very kind and helpful staff. They had our room ready for us when we arrived and it was clean, spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view. Breakfast was perfect and the lady staffing the breakfast area was so kind and helpful.

Disregard previous comments as this hotel has been renovated & has a new owner. I rate this as a 4 star hotel. The Room (Comfort Room) was excellent. Great size, bed & Pillows is very comfortable .👌🏻 Service is excellent. Breakfast has a good selection of food. Also good coffee. Great size bathroom 👌🏻 Great location to the main train station. Great location for restaurants in the area too. You will not be disappointed in this hotel. I would definitely re book if back in Tirano. Highly recommend 👌🏻

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super, sehr zentral. Die Fenster sind genial, obwohl das Hotel an der Strasse liegt, hört man im Zimmer keinen Strassenlärm, es ist sehr ruhig. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Extra Anfragen wurden gerne umgesetzt und Wünsche erfüllt.

Ein tolles, neues, Hotel. Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, äußerst zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Frühstück, Lage zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt waren sehr gut.

Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht da. ;-)

Ideal für einen Trip mit dem Bernina-Express.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war sehr gut. Das typisch italienische Frühstück war bis auf die Brötchen sehr gut. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit beim Kaffee- und Saftautomat. Im Zimmer steht ein Heißwasserkocher und eine Teeauswahl bereit.

Im Zimmer 302 gab es keinen Stuhl oder Sessel, keinen Tisch und keine Gläser. Der Frühstücksraum öffnet erst genau um 6.30 h. Für den Bernina-Express um 08.06 h gemütlich zu erreichen, sollte man besser abends zuvor schon Auschecken.

Posizione centrale facile da raggiungere, staff molto cordiale e professionale, edificio moderno e di ottimo gusto. Le stanze sono accoglienti, pulitissime e in particolare mi ha colpito il letto comodo con un piumino che tiene davvero un caldo confortevole. Bagno altrettanto pulitissimo, con saponi a dispenser il che rivela un'attenzione ambientale che trovo pregevole. La colazione è ricca, con presenza di cibi locali, ottimi dolci, anche yogurt senza lattosio e pure ottimo cappuccino con bevanda vegetale. La sala della colazione è arredata in modo molto piacevole e il personale è gentile e molto disponibile.

Nulla da segnalare o da far migliorare, è assolutamente perfetto così!!
