Very nice hotel in lovely Poschiavo. Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating, clean and comfy rooms, excellent restaurant with a very enjoyable and green garden terrace in summer, serving local delicious products for breakfast and dinner. Free parking was very useful and always available. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Val Poschiavo.

We really enjoyed our stay and the room, but it was unexpected and felt slightly uncomfortable to have the sink in the bedroom, and not in the bathroom.

Staff was very very friendly! The spa is small but very nice and all in all it was a wonderful stay. The breakfast was tasty!

The deck chairs in the spa look bit old and could be renewed. Our room would be up for renovation but beds are comfy and everything is clean and in good condition, so all good :)

Centrally located right in the middle of town. Very convenient for shopping & dropping off things back at the hotel. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Mr. Zanolari (owner) was helpful suggesting the different walks/hikes to do in the area. The breakfast was nicely displayed & had a nice selection. Dinner in the hotel was good & reasonably priced. Nice touches in the room: -REAL down feather duvets & pillows (huge plus!) not the accustomed synthetic type. -Slippers -A glass pitcher & glasses in room for fresh mountain water from the tap (very good) -Candies made with local alpine herbs I would definitely return to this hotel & highly recommended it for all of the above reasons.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing I would add would be a few more hooks in the bathroom (very small in our room). Our room was a bit cold. The small radiator below the window did not do enough (not very hot) to heat the whole room. As bathroom is separate with a high power fan (plus) it is very cold. Had to turn on hot water to create a “steam bath” to make it warmer before entering.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in herzlicher Atmosphäre.

Nach einem freundlichen Empfang fühlten wir uns während der gesamten Aufenthaltsdauer willkommen. Der Spa-Bereich lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist ruhig + herzlich und es ist angenehm spürbar, dass es sich um einen Familienbetrieb handelt (und nicht um ein Kettenhotel). Obwohl unser Zimmer zur Strassenseite war, haben wir vom Verkehrslärm nichts mitbekommen.

Wir haben nichts, dass wir hier anführen könnten.

Perfektes Hotel für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Poschiavo

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und flexibel. Ein kleines Problem am Ankunftstag betreffend Zimmerausstattung wurde vom Chef persönlich geregelt. Der neue Wellnessbereich ist integriert sich optimal in die Architektur des Hauses. Zudem hat uns das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant sehr gemundet. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Ein Bijou in Poschiavo

Ein Bijou an einer sehr günstigen Lage mit kurzen Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof, Altstadt und einem grossen eigenem Parkplatz gleich nebenan. Neu renoviertes und mit viel Geschmack und Stil ausgestattetes Hotel in einem historischen Haus. Zimmer sind elegant und sehr sauber. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - bei der Anreise wir haben sogar 2 Zimmer zur Auswahl bekommen, eins davon wäre ein Upgrade! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig mit frischen lokalen Produkten in grosser Auswahl. Das Abendessen war sehr schmackhaft, mit gutem Menu von lokalen, Schweizer und Italienischer Spezialitäten. Gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

È un albergo curato in ogni piccolo dettaglio, si vede quanta dedizione la famiglia proprietaria della struttura dedica ai/alle proprie ospiti. Ottima posizione, servizi perfetti (zona wellness inclusa), gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, ristorazione top e colazione abbondante, completa di ogni prelibatezza. Un posticino assolutamente meraviglioso.
