Clean room and comfy beds, excellent food and home made ice cream. What more can you ask for? The staff was very friendly and spoke both Italian and German, probably English too.

The shower was only fenced off by a curtain and while a good water pressure is a good thing you have to be careful not to flood the bathroom. I didn't even notice when I put my shower on full blast and enjoyed the hot water, had to soak it up with the more than generous size towels, not a biggie. Just be careful not to put the shower on full blast as it easily goes on the floor outside.

Great place to stay, with a warm welcome.

Lovely greeting from the owner. A lift to our first floor room. Balcony with lovely mountain views and trains trundling down the street. Walkable to the lake if unlike me you don't have mobility issues. Our meal in the restaurant downstairs and breakfast were good and served with a smile.

If anything our bed was very low to the floor and very soft dippy mattress, could do with changing I think! Not as close to the lake as we thought and views blocked by houses.

Tolles Hotel mit überaus freundlichen Menschen...

Wunderbare und äusserst freundliche Gastgeber. Die Zimmer waren sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Insgesamt ein tolle Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ondermaats voor de prijs die je betaald.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Hotel op wandelafstand van het meer was ook leuk.

Kamer heel erg verouderd. Trok helemaal niet op de foto’s die getoond worden. Tapijt was vol vlekken, meubilair was erg verouderd en badkamer was erg teleurstellend: kleine douche met gordijn… Voldeed totaal niet aan de verwachtingen die wij ervan hadden na het zien van de foto’s tijdens het boeken. Was zijn prijs totaal niet waard. Voor die prijs vind je veel comfortabelere en modernere kamers die wel voldoen aan hetgeen er getoond wordt op de foto’s. Voor ons zeker geen tweede bezoek waard omdat we ons erg bedrogen voelden omdat de kamer helemaal niet voldeed aan hetgeen we geboekt hadden. Prijs-kwaliteit niet ok!

Das Hotel kann man definitiv weiterempfehlen, bloß beim Zimmer sollte man ggf. um Verlegung bitten.

Klasse fand ich, dass in dem Hotel noch ein Art Ortskneipe mit dabei war. Zudem war die Chefin sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Essenauswahl ist auch für Vegetarier geeignet. Die Pizzocherri sind richtig gut.

Mein Zimmer roch ziemlich stark. Zuerst störte es mich nicht, doch nachts stand ich doch auf, zu das Fenster zu öffnen. Da das Hotel an der Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, war ich dann entsprechend früh wach. Die Matratze auf der schlief, war für mich zu weich.

Unsere Ansprüche hat das Hotel vollumfänglich erfüllt, wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Das Frühstück war einfach aber sehr gut und frisch. Ohne Aufpreis wurde auch sehr feines Rührei oder Omlette mit Käse und Schinken angeboten. Auch das Nachtessen war immer sehr professionell, fein und frisch zubereitet. Die Preise sind im Durschnitt und haben gepasst. Die Lage des Hotels das übrigens mit Lift ausgestattet ist, liegt nahe an den ÖV Haltestellen und ist sehr zentral. Das Hotelzimmer ist teilrenoviert und mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist alt aber sehr sauber und funktional ohne "Schnick-Schnack". Obwohl das Hotel direkt an der Strasse und Bahnlinie liegt ist der Verkehrslärm der in der Nacht ohnehin wegfällt dank super lärmdämmenden Fenstern kein Problem.

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln und würden sofort wieder da übernachten.

Anfahrt zum Hotel gemäss Angaben von Bookingcom auch mit Googlemap nicht möglich. Die Adresse des Hotels ist laut Bookingcom im nächsten grösseren Ort, nicht aber die richtige Adresse mit der richtigen Ortschaft! Wer sucht der findet, aber das ist schlechte Werbung für Bookingcom.
