Charming with great views

This was more than a motel room. It was a small apartment complete with kitchen, dining room and living room. It was set up really nice and everything was fairly large. Breakfast was not large, but sufficient. It had lots of windows in the views out the windows for spectacular. The town was quaint and small, but no restaurants were available because it was a Saturday.

It was a little out of the way and took a bus trip to get there but only for about 10 minutes.

The add on Nooking doesn’t reflect the actual facilities. Not even a working TV.

The add in booking doesn’t represent the true facilities in the property. I chose this property which cost more than others to get the better facilities it promised. There wasn’t even a proper desk to work on. Just a poor folding very small table that already contained the water kettle. No view, just the ugly parking lot. No queen size bed and no swimming pool. The small TV there was not connected to anything. No streaming no cables just snow on the screen. There was no operating desk to greet me and I waited in the morning for the promised checkout person which didn’t arrive not at 07:00 like the add in booking promised and not at 07:30 like the sign there stated. I eventually gave up at 07:50 and left 5 francs for the taxes. Double what I should’ve just because no one was there. Needless to say I didn’t have breakfast that was included because it starts at 08:00. When I turned to the owners with my complaint there was no willingness to give any sort of compensation. Very disappointing.

Room is at the level of the road. Unless you lock the window and use the curtain, you hear and see the cars and are seen by the people who walk at the street.

the owner is very friendly, and was so kind to make breakfast earlier when dus heard that we were planning to leave early.

Be sure to check the bus times from either Samedan or Poschiavo station if you travel with public transport. Google Maps shows a train station nearby called Privalasvo, but this stop has been closed.

Poschiavo is definitely worth a visit

I loved the view of the mountains from my room. Great shower and comfortable bed. Enjoyed breakfast....especially the chance to try Colomba on Easter Sunday 🐣 Really enjoyed the walk into the town on the back road each day....and watching the little red train go up and down to the pass

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very modern, super clean, and very comfortable (pillows and bed were great). The bathrooms were also excellent and the water pressure and hot temperature were great. Breakfast was perfects. The lady at the front desk was very attentive and helpful.

It if was closer to the railway station, this would be preferred but as long as people are comfortable with the post bus, this is no issue.

Exceptional place, very modern and comfy design, fast internet and fantastic hospitality!

Wery well maintained place, everything was clean, very well organized and very tasty. In particular, I liked the exceptional design and cleanness of the bathroom. Rooms are spacious and designed to give you a feeling like you are in the apartment, not just a hotel room. I have also found it very handy to have a fridge and microwave in the common space. Hospitality was also exceptional - Julia was very attentive and helpful. I will definitely choose this location again.

we had a great stat at the B&B on our way north. Bran new B&B with excellent beds.The owner was super friendly and shared a few photos of the place, witch was a barn before renovation. Breakfast is also very good with plenty of choice.

Perfect spring getaway

The property is newly removated, everything is fresh and stylish. We had a kettle in our room with tea and coffee. We especially enjoyed talking to the property host Gulia - who was very friendly and respectful. The property is in a convenient location, about 2 km away from Poschiavo. The area is surrounded by mountains, lots of hiking opportunities. We hiked to lake Poschiavo (which was about 20 km both ways). We highly recommend the place!

Superb

We stayed at B&B for one night, the apartment was comfy, very clean and spacious. The couple running the place was very welcoming and lovely. For breakfast we could take a hot beverage, a juice, croissant and bread with jams, butter, honey. We definitely recommend this place for a visit to Poschiavo.
