Convenient, quiet, simple but perfect for my needs.

Location worked great as it was right next to the train station but a very short, easy walk into the main town. Also, there was a grocery store very close by as well. The owners of the Chalet were very kind and accommodating and served an very tasty, filling breakfast with many local products.

Perfection

The best hosts I've met in Switzerland and in general. Caring, kind, nice and from the heart and not because it was necessary. The location is excellent, near the train and bus station. The room is clean (including sheets and towels) also the toilet and shower. Excellent breakfast, they made an effort since I'm vegan. Highly recommended!!!!!

Perfect place for exploring the area with great service and a lot of local products

The place is right next to the train station, has modern, new rooms that are quiet and detached from the restaurant, they offer a great breakfast with local products and are really nice and helpful. Dogs are also allowed.

Clean and centrally located stay with super friendly hosts.

The Pensione is right next to the station with the restaurant located in a cute traditional chalet style house and the rooms in a new building behind it. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic with only local products. The room was very clean, modern and practically equipped. Despite being close to the station it was very quiet.

The only downside for a longer stay might be that my room was on the ground floor and therefore didn’t get a lot of natural light.

Near to Train station nice place. it’s like there family business. All people are nice . All breakfast item they use from local sources. on request the made food for my baby Which I really appreciate. . I will definitely recommend this place for other people.

I had some issue with their policies which they didn’t mention it before. they tried to convinced me . i understand why they change the policy issue.

Good value stop over in Poschiavo.

The Chalet Stazione provides very comfortable and reasonably priced lodgings and is ideally located for the Bernina Express line (the clue’s in the name!). Our host was very keen for us to know that all of our breakfast was locally sourced!

Superb

This place is awesome, for several reasons: it's 15 steps from the train station; the rooms were immaculately clean; the bed was comfortable; the restaurant serves delicious local cuisine as well as pizza; and the breakfast was sublime.

I would have liked to spend more time in the Valposchiavo, and the Chalet would have been a great point to make a home base.

It at a delightful one-night stay at a great location in a charming town.

This family run operation is extremely welcoming, friendly, accomodating and efficient. The rooms are a bit spartan but quite satifactory for a short stay. The price for same is outstanding. The dinner at the restaurant was excellent both from a service and quality standpoint.

Staff were very accommodating, and the room was available as soon as we arrived. We had lunch sat in the garden, which was charged direct to the room. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was simple local foods all prepared and waiting for us at our preselected time. Our bags were stored for us so we could explore the local town before leaving by train late afternoon.

Most wonderful stay - definitely will return

Everything! The family that runs the restaurant and hotel is super nice. The room is perfectly clean. So much wonderfully hot water for our showers. The bed was so so comfortable - I slept and slept. And the breakfast - perfect!! I don't give out perfect ratings very often, but I really can't find anything to fault. The wifi was fast. They even had a USB charging station in the room for 6 or 7 devices! Really they thought of everything.

If I were to complain about anything (and I have to work hard to find it) is that the room is a bit small for 4 people. Luckily there were only 3 of us. But really, we didn't travel all that way just to hang out in the room, so I don't think this was an issue.

The host was very kind and helpful. The location is right next to the train station and perfect for travelers that arrive by train.

Das war prima!!! So schön ist die Schweiz für Liebhaber und Kenner der Täler „am Rande“!

Wunderbare, herzliche Wirtsleute, fröhliche „Serviertochter“! Teilweise eigene Produkte zum Frühstück: Sehr feiner Apfelsaft! Leckeres Essen am Abend. Freundliche Stammgäste im Restaurant. Perfekte Lage am Bahnhof mit allen Möglichkeiten der RhB (zwischen Tirano und Ospizio gratis!!!) und vielen Wandermöglichkeiten (Diavolezza, Morteratsch, Valposchiavo, Albulalinie…). Empfehlenswerte, ruhige Lage am Rande der Engadiner Höhepunkte. Kein Auto erforderlich.

Im Zimmer gefiel mir die Beleuchtung nicht so ganz: Wechselmöglichkeit zwischen Arbeitslicht am Schreibtisch und gemütlichem Licht zur Nacht… ((Eine Sauna wäre der Gipfel!))

War mit Interrail unterwegs und wollte insbesondere die Berninabahn und Albulabahn befahren. Die Unterkunft ist als Übernachtungsquartier für diese Zwecke perfekt geeignet. Zimmer und Frühstück absolut OK. Abendessen ist im zugehörigen Ristorante möglich.
