Beds and pillows were so comfortable! Best beds on our whole trip. The room was basic but comfortable and had most of what we needed. Easy to get to from the train station though I didn't find the shortest path until my last walk back to the train station! The Gin Tonic bar offered a free charcuterie plate which was a good promo to get us in the door. The bartender was very sweet and friendly, and when she found out I loved gin, she gave me some great choices. She also provided gluten-free bread with my charcuterie board which was super thoughtful as I have Celiac! AND she brought us a bonus board with our second round of drinks. It was a cozy, relaxed night with a very local feel, loved it more than I expected.
The bathroom didn't have any ventilation. I would have liked a mini fridge but we put our food/drinks out on the windowsill -- it was 2C outside overnight so it worked a treat. Prob illegal in Switzerland but we like using the Canadian fridge. :)

Easy access to train station and supermarket on foot. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Our room was small but had a balcony which made the difference.

The location.
Breakfast was very poor. And the overall accommodation didn’t value the money.
