The staff at the reception were kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was nicely typical of an Italian city. The location is a 10 minute walk from the Bernina train station.

A little expensive, but since we had to be in Tirano and had to stay somewhere, we had to pay for it.

Welcoming and friendly.

The room was comfortable and well equipped, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was well presented and a good variety. The member of staff who checked us in could not have been more friendly and helpful, offering us a drink of water and information about the local area, restaurants etc.

The room felt quite small and dark and one of the lights didn't work in the bathroom, so that was gloomy too. Other than that a very welcoming place to spend our one night.

Beautiful and Charming Hotel

This is a beautiful hotel, very attractive, modern and clean. The breakfast is a good deal for 10 Euros per person. You can walk to the train station/bus terminal, and Bernina railway station, restaurants, the main Basilica, laundromat, and shopping.

If you are coming from another major city on the train to Tirano, make sure you know how you are getting all the way to Tirano. They are working on the rail lines as of July 2025 and you must ride a bus from the train station at Lecco. It is worth it! Tirano is beautiful!

The WiFi internet did not work, and the hotel was very noisy. The doors are very loud when they close and we could hear people walking or talking in the halls. The check-out time was quite early.

the location in the historic center / altstadt was good. the front desk staff was attentive & stored our luggage while we went to visit the basilica before our train departed.

Breakfast with problems. No eggs cause oven didn’t work. Buns came after our breakfast finished.

The guest pays full price but should not expect anything from the hotel. Not even standard service.

Breakfast restaurant could be entered a few minutes before official opening hours.

Due to a necessary early start we had to have breakfast 15 Min earlier than official opening hour starting at 7am. There wasn't any proposal from hotel side, when checking in. Eventually we came down 10min too early and thanks to the lady 🙂 at the buffet, having everything already prepared, we could start with a quick breakfast and reached our train in time. We paid 189€ for a room which had a broken shaving mirror, that was missing at all and the tap in the shower was broken as well. While showering I cut myself on the sharp edges of the broken tap. For the mentioned price I expect a room with functioning installations which, at least do not cause any injuries. The hotel administration is either not aware of the state of this room (21)or it just doesn't care. Both alternatives are not very comforting for a guest. My advice: Opt for two nights in Switzerland than one in Tirano, when taking the alpine trains. It's cheaper and service is much better.

Hotel in posizione centrale e collocato nel centro storico di Tirano. Piccolo ma dotato di tutti i comfort, in perfette condizioni. Abbiamo utilizzato anche la spa. Personale molto cortese e professionale. Stanza bella, di dimensioni adeguate.
