Clean place to stay…not worth nearly €300

Location was excellent. We lost a pair of sunglasses and we were able to get them back that afternoon (thanks again!)

No WiFi even though it is advertised. As other reviewers have mentioned, the older gentleman who checked us in wasn’t very friendly and it felt very awkward. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about.

Clean but needs updating.

Location. Not much more.

Owner not available on arrival. Put the phone down on me first time we called to be asked to be let in. On one hand a quaint period department with Italian charm. On the other hand a dated, poorly equipped B&B (no WiFi), with an unwelcoming owner. Take your pick!

Very old school, deja vu feeling of visiting your grandparents in childhood.

We - 2 parents and our 4 children aged 16-22 -- loved the quaintness of this big old Italian house. We felt like we were invited guests of this good, traditional, Italian family. The only thing missing was the smell of pasta cooking. The man/host that greeted us at the door did not speak any English but we understood exactly what he was saying through his gestures. But be prepared to use Google Translate for more lengthy questions. Room decor was so sweet...again, like you were visiting your grandparents. Everything was so clean and we had sufficient space. We made a mistake and assumed breakfast was included with our room, but it wasn't. Nonetheless, the English-speaking daughter, Anastasia, insisted we sit in their breakfast room and fed us fresh bread, butter, jam, tea and coffee, which (whom we assume to be) her father brewed patiently for us. They definitely went over and beyond what we paid for. To the B&B Casa Mia family: thank you for a very comfortable stay!

Not a winner in our book.

Located near restaurants for dinner and 10-15 minute walk to train station.

Our room was actually a set of rooms making an apartment. It was accessed around the corner from the entrance where we first met host. He briefly showed us the accommodations and left. We realized we didn’t know about internet access and within a minute I went back around to the big door and entrance hall where we first met. The door was locked so I rang the only bell not taped over and got no response. I also messaged using Bookings “message host” feature. No response. So no internet for our stay. Also, the apartment had a very musty and damp smell which I found unpleasant.

A true Italiano home! Safe and pleasant B & B

Authentic home in the heart of beautiful Tirano. Owners were efficient with service yet welcoming. Franco gave us a tour of his home and spectacular terrace.

The curb appeal was basic so it seems as it would not be as lovely as it actually was once inside.

I really loved the hospitality of the owners who welcomed me and my son and were very interested to have a pleasant stay. Although I missed the breakfast as we had to leave very early the day we checked out, Michela assured me that next time she will prepare me a "super breakfast" which I understand is one of a big reasons for staying at B&B :)

Ubicación cercana a Tren Bernina Habitaciones antiguas y cómodas. Dejaron guardar las maletas para ir a Tren Bernina y recogerlas en la noche. Atencion del señor muy bien

アンティークで古き良き時代を感じる建物の中で、優しい祖父母の家に泊まったかのような体験ができました。ホストのおじいちゃんは、一見厳格さを纏っていますが、心から優しい人だと感じました。チェックインの時間が過ぎたにも関わらず、暗い道を歩いて怯え切った私たちを、スムーズに家の中へ入れてくれました。おじいちゃんは英語が話せないようですが、ジェスチャーでホテルを案内してくれました。どうしてもわからないときは、翻訳機を使うのが良いと思います。全体的にアンティークな感じで、アンティークが大好きな私には、最高のホテルでした。隣の部屋の話し声が聞こえますが、怯え切っていた私たちには、安心感を与えてくれました。また、他国の言葉の会話なので、勉強も兼ねてスピーキングをしているうちに、子守唄となって眠れました。部屋にエアコンは無いので、洋服で温度調節しましょう。また、エレベーターが無いので、重い荷物の人は頑張って部屋まで運びましょう。シャワーの温度調節の方法が難しいですが、使っているうちに分かります。ハンドルを回して、調節しましょう。部屋にあるポットは長年の使用感を感じました。不安な人は一度沸かしてお湯を捨ててから使うのがいいと思います。紅茶やインスタントコーヒーなどが豊富に置いてありました。部屋に水道やトイレはなく、廊下に出た先の鍵のかかった扉の向こうにありました。私の場合は、アンティークな鍵で開けたり閉めたりして使用しました。ホテルでの過ごし方には、ちょっとしたルールがあります。ドアのところに貼ってるので読みましょう。"夜中◯時〜◯時までは静かにする"など、同じホテルに泊まる人への配慮などが主な項目です。駅からホテルまでの道のりが石畳のため、キャリーケースを運ぶのは少し根気が必要です。しかし、歩いて10〜20分です。一例ですが、キャリーケース(26kg)を引いても、駅からホテルに着くのは想像よりも早く感じました。朝ごはんは、添付した写真を参考にしてください。小さなかわいいカフェのような感じです。手作りのパウンドケーキがとても美味しく、カフェラテとの相性も抜群でした。朝食の際にもおじいちゃんが気にかけてくれ、ミルクを温めてくれました。ボンジョールノ(挨拶)や、アリーベデルチ(さようなら)、ボーノ！(美味しい！)など、簡単なイタリア語のあいさつをするだけでも、私の気持ちは伝わりました。おじいちゃんの小さな表情の動きから、おじいちゃんのポジティブな気持ちを感じました。最後に満面の笑顔で、握手をしてくれました。また、朝には明るい雰囲気を纏うおばあちゃんにも会いました。かわいい犬と一緒に働いていました。犬はとても人懐っこく、とても癒されました。まるで天使のようなかわいさでした。また宿泊をしたいと思います。大好きなホテルです。素晴らしいホテルでした！いつまでもお元気でいて欲しいです。ありがとうございました！

Charmigt, gulligt, tyst och centralt

Charmigt B&B med historia Vi gavs ett rum med rosa sängkläder :-) eget och badrum i korridoren. Värden låste dörren till badrummet och gav oss nyckeln. Frukosten väldigt italiensk (kakor, bullar och andra sötsaker); men väldigt god cappuccino. Jo det fanns några yoghurt också. Läget bra, nästan mitt i byn Väldigt tyst och lugnt Barnbarnet stod för servicen och var mycket hjälpsam
