Great stay!

Tirano was a hidden gem; had it not been for the Olympics, I probably never would have come here but am so glad I did. The hotel was in a really great location, close to both the historic city centre and a 10-minute walk from the train/bus station. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about the area. The free breakfast was also very good and had a wide array of options each day. My room was very comfortable, the TV worked, and it was very clean. I would definitely stay here again visiting Tirano.

Great location in Old Town and lovely view over the river with an Alp backdrop. Warm room good with cold winter weather.

Breakfast was a bit strange having to ask for everything over a counter. By the second Breakfast I understood the system and could ask for more variety .

Location has a great view of the mountains in the background and a nice lake view. Has a nice small balcony where you can seat as well. Location is walking distance to train station, convenient to take the Bernina Express train.

Everything was perfect! The service was excellent, with staff prepared to welcome guests in the best possible way, making us feel at home. We received excellent help and guidance when we had questions or needed help! The food was very good! The children's area was great! The view was spectacular! Top top top!

As a good customer, I think if the price was better we could stay there for more time :D all the other things are positive :D even the price is high my impression is that they offer is aligned to it :D

Perfect location when you plan to go to st.Moritz or any neighbouring city.The host is very accommodating and knowledgeable,helpful and friendly.He really does a great job suggesting my the best itinerary route for my best experience at Bernina train to St. Moritz.A few minutes walk to the main train station and Bernina Express station.Very good restaurant nearby and a great view of the mountains.The breakfast is superb.Highly recommend.

For two nights we had a good stay, and if we were in the area again, we definitely would book it again.

Good location in the city ,liked the back door entry , the breakfast and the home made cake and the friendly staff also liked the view from our window and the sound of the running river water, it was a pleasant stay.

Charming, friendly and clean.

Very convenient location near railway station, shops & cafes and in a charming square. Room was reasonably sized with good bathroom. Whole place was very clean and staff were wonderfully helpful. I think that this hotel is very underrated as a two star accommodation.

Our room overlooked a river with mountains in the distance. Our arrival was about 2 hours ahead of schedule but we phoned ahead and they opened up,for us which was much appreciated.

The Hotel is in the centre of the old city. We especially liked the fiendliness of the host who gave us a lot of precious advice. The room was very clean and quiet. It could have been a bit larger but there was enough space anyway. The breakfast was good and served at 7.00 which was very important for us.

Reasonable walk from station along cobblestone roads, Friendly service. Located on one of the main piazza in the old town but was quiet. Family run hotel. Reasonable size room but small bathroom. We had view over the river and mountains. Dinner and breakfast supplied. Dinner was local fare of Rissotto, Sausage with Mashed Potato/green/cheese and dessert. Breakfast was continental but with plenty supplied. Yes would stay again.

Bathroom is small with small shower but function especially since we only stayed 1 night.

Really comfortable and enjoyable

Very comfortable hotel with amazing staff. They helped us with taking luggage in rooms and guided us about taxis, trains and food. If possible I would have loved to stay there longer once more.
