Clean and comfortable B&B

The cleanest B&B I’ve ever stayed in. The room felt brand new, with perfectly pressed towels and bedding. You can tell the owners take real pride in the place—it shows in every detail. Everything was exceptional. I chose it while traveling on the Bernina Express, and the location couldn’t have been better for the train stations. The WiFi was good and reliable and the Breakfast was lovely too.

Difficult to communicate with the staff since they hardly understood English. The hostess spoke Italian and seemed so busy - we had to find out about the city ourselves

Outstanding stay for 1 night

Amazing stay. 5 mins walk from the station. Outstanding room and bathroom. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Our breakfast this morning was delicious - ham, egg, tomato, bread, fruit, cereal, and homemade cake. Along with OJ, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Our host was so lovely 😍

Location excellent , host very friendly and helpful, modern very nice building/room, included breakfast which was good with homemade cakes

The beds were so hard and uncomfortable neither of us slept well which was a shame as the room was lovely with a lovely balcony. They really need toppers on at the very least. It was also very hot and we both woke in the night and tried to change the temperature but there was a note attached not to and to contact the host but it was 2am. We took the duvets out of the covers and just had the covers which made it a bit cooler.

Excellent stopover option

Fabulous location in terms of walking from the train station, and also walking to excellent local restaurants in town. llaria was welcoming, runs an extremely clean, well organised property, and is rightfully proud of hosting a fresh, delicious breakfast as many others have noted. We also appreciated that she was dog-friendly, and only charged us a token amount for our 2 small dogs.

The breakfast was wonderful, the service was very helpful. Great location to walk to restaurants and the train station. Our host was very helpful in clarifying how the Bernina Express train worked to go to St. Moritz.

Great place to stay

B&B Il Sorriso is only a short walk from the main station. The room offered everything we needed - and more (tea and coffee making facilities, a map of the town, hygiene products). Breakfast was superb :-)

Great place to stay when traveling to Tirano

Very close to the train station, the place is modern with all the amenities, you will find a coffee machine and a small fridge, the room is well ventilated and full of light there's a small grocery store just a few streets away, during my stay the staff made an effort to offer a more suitable breakfast for my parents, which both have some medical conditions.

Just a minor thing, I think the breakfast could be improved to make the hotel stand out a bit more, would be great if they could add some hot options, like eggs or sausages, because the menu is fixed and if you don't like sweets in the morning or don't eat a lot of bread then you're in trouble.

Wonderful stay - wish we could have stayed longer

The staff are amazing. The room was incredible in size and we had a balcony too. It has everything you need including a fridge and hairdryer. The bed was very comfy and there are blackout shutters. It is a quiet neighbourhood. It is very close to the train station and very welcoming. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

The location is gorgeous, overlooking the mountains. The bed was really comfortable, bathroom is spacious, with a great shower. Breakfast was plenty.

People smoking heavily downstairs inside when you step in is a bit strange. Also the heater in the room did not seem adjustable, at least not to my knowledge, so my room got cold by the morning.
