Breakfast was pathetic. Small amount of food and poor selection. The person serving was behind a close screen so noisy setting as she cleaned up. Room had mold in the shower which was seeping through the walls.

Beautiful place to stay, feels very safe and secure. Place is very clean and bed and pillows are very comfy. So close to center, very nice area to walk around. Hostess was very kind and welcoming, lovely breakfast bread, I enjoyed a lot of it.

A charming building and excellent room.

Such a beautiful building with so much charm. We had a large room which had character and was comfortable and clean. The bedding was a little thin for us but might be preferable to others. Perhaps we arrived in cooler temperatures. There were blankets in the wardrobe if needed. The lady running the place was lovely and welcoming and provided a lovely breakfast. I would recommend this B&B to others.

Lovely hotel

The staff were brilliant and the triple room was a good size. It has some charm to it. The location is not too far from Tirano train station and close to the stream. Has a few restaurants nearby. Quiet and not noisy area.

It was a little rustic look and the location is directly on the road with no pedestrian walking space. Rooms are not 100% sound proof nor blackout but dark enough to sleep.

Tirano - more than a station!

Great place, atmospheric old building in the old part of town, sensitively modernised with natural materials. The 'quadruple room' is an excellent option for families with older children, it's two spacious separate rooms (double and twin) connected with a shared bathroom. Everything is good quality and the breakfast is an abundance of sweet treats in the Italian style. It's a few minutes walk from the stations, over the river and just into the old town, but will give you a better feel for this charming place that most people rush through, and a decent choice of cafes, restaurants and shops in the streets nearby.

Very enjoyable stay in a renovated courtyard style building. Key pad entry, excellent communication.

The location was excellent, very easy to reach from the railway station. The internal first floor terrace was an unexpected bonus, very good for an evening drink or some respite in the cool. The lady who manned the seperate breakfast room was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good; delicious local yogurts, granola, excellent bread, ham, cheese and fresh fruit. The shower was good and the bed was very comfortable. The mini fridge was a great help.

Lovely cosy room with a really nice shower and bathroom. Lovely breakfast too and easy to find, staff were really friendly. Comfy bed and easy check in and check out.

Only fault was the club down the road blaring music, but it was a friday night and it stopped just as I went to go to sleep, so not bad in the end!

I warmly recommend this place!

This accommodation was perfect for us. Great position in the dreamy old center of Tirano with good restaurants close by. I liked the style of the rooms and the bathrooms a lot. Breakfast was also good. We could leave our luggage at reception with no problem during the day after check out. If I visit Tirano again, I would definitely book this place again!

Convenient location but not what I was expecting

Good location. Clean sheets and bathroom. All newly done up. I appreciated being able to check in earlier.

There was a bad smell in the room ( I think it came from the bathroom) The mattress was very uncomfortable ( lopsided, felt like you were sloping) . Breakfast was nothing special and everything looked like it was from the day before; dried croissants and aging fruit. The pictures make this place look way better. Unfortunately my expectations were not met.
