Cosy, comfortable room with nice bathroom.
Owner of the B&B Antica Residenza Centro Storico was very friendly. Instructions of self check-in were very simple and we didn't have any problems with it.
Object is situated very close to Tirano train station.
Breakfast...delicious...with variety of choices.
Electric kettle, cups, spoons and tea were in the room.
There were also towels and hair-dryer in the room.
We like everything.

The hotel was located in the historic center of the city, in a truly quiet, picturesque, and almost fairy-tale-like neighborhood. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and charming. The entire decoration matched perfectly with the surroundings: wooden floors, wooden walls, and a warm alpine style, exactly what you would expect in a village in the Alps.
The breakfast included local products from the village, which made the experience even more authentic. The staff were extremely pleasant, polite, and helpful. Elena in particular made a wonderful impression on us.
When we informed her that we would arrive late for check-in because we were traveling from Milan and would reach the hotel around 10 p.m., she immediately reassured us that it was not a problem at all. She sent us very detailed instructions on how to enter the property and complete the check-in ourselves. Not only did she write everything clearly in a message, but she also sent us a video showing exactly what we needed to do. That level of service was truly impressive.
However, she went even beyond our expectations. Even though we arrived late and she had already provided us with such clear instructions, she was still there waiting for us at 10 p.m. to welcome us personally. When we told her that it wasn’t necessary since she had already sent the video, she replied that we were coming from another country and must be tired from traveling, so she felt it was her duty to be there to welcome us.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The neighborhood is beautiful, the location in the city is excellent, and most importantly the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. A perfect 10 for Elena!

Great location! Right at the historic center and 7-8 minutes walk from Bernina Walk. Public parking nearby but also you can book parking right outside the building. Spacious and clean rooms, fresh and tasty breakfast (delicious croissants!) and great manager. Elena was super helpful. We would definitely come back.
