Clean and comfortable but housekeeping needs to be regular and timely

Good position in small town. There was a common room/lounge area that was useful /comfortable to have lunch in. Breakfast was very good

I enquired what time housekeeping would be done. I was told the next day.I stated that it was usually attended daily (given it was advertised as part of the deal) It was then organised promptly.

Easy and convenient stay in Poschiavo

Check in easy enough and parking right in front of property (to be booked). Unmanned location so be sure to read the instructions. Great local breakfast buffet 300m walking distance from the location. Within. Walking distance from poschiavo city centre Bed a bit short, nice size of a room. Great price/quality ratio for Switzerland

Two days spent in a hotel that was full of old world charm, very clean and very friendly staff.

The hotel was full of old world charm. Breakfast was very good and plenty to eat. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The views were amazing from our rooms. The all inclusive guest card was a very good idea.

There was nothing that we did not like about the property. However having the downstairs toilets open to guests would be helpful especially those who are of a certain age and not so quick up the stairs.

Ritornerò sicuramente

La struttura in legno è molto accogliente e calda. La mattina dall’ultimo piano si gode di un panorama mozzafiato, i colori dell’alba in inverno sono incantevoli.

Valentina ci ha accompagnato in tutto il tempo del soggiorno seppur breve. Ci ha dato tutte le info utili. Altavilla e’ a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione per raggiungere sia St. Moritz che Tirano. Posizione e comodità ottima.

Preiswerte, gemütliche Unterkunft an guter Lage

Angenehmes, ruhiges Zimmer in vernünftig renoviertem Hotel in kurzer Fussgängerdistanz zum Zentrum. Es war niemand vor Ort, ich habe aber gute Betreuung übers Telefon erhalten und konnte sogar mein Eletroauto günstig aufladen. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet wird im nahen Hotel Albrici serviert.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in Poschiavo.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für uns absolut! Grosszügiges Zimmer und eigenes Bad und die 'gute Fee', die täglich für Ordnung schaute. Dazu das feine Frühstücksbuffet mit überaus freundlicher Bedienung am Morgen früh; und der Kirchen-Musik-Wecker um 6.45. :)

Fällt uns nichts ein - wir sind keine verwöhnten Reisende....

Posizione comoda a 4 minuti dalla stazione. A due passi dal centro. Struttura tipica della zona e pulita. Self Check in semplice.

A parte l'arredamento datato ma comunque in condizioni buone, in generale la stanza potrebbe essere un minimo rimodernata. Soprattutto il bagno. Alcune zone di muffa in bagno. Vasca con tenda per la doccia

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach gehalten und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Für eine Übernachtung ausreichend, aber ohne besondere Annehmlichkeiten. Einfacher und unkomplizierter Check-in.

Angesichts der Ausstattung empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als eher nicht gerechtfertigt – hier wäre etwas mehr Komfort oder ein günstigerer Preis wünschenswert gewesen.

Difficile da trovare solamente perché l'intestazione dell'hotel è collocata a 12 metri di altezza, in strada e davanti al portone non ci sono cartelli che ti fanno intuire di essere arrivato. Colazione in altro hotel.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, grosszügig und ruhig gelegen, knapp 5 min. zu Fuss zur Piazza. Das check-in funktionierte sehr unkompliziert. Aussergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, welches mir sogar einen Extra-wunsch (Wasserkocher) erfüllte.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut auch die Damen die das Frühstück serviert haben,waren sehr freundlich.

Bei der Ankunft war ein junger Mann. Da ich Probleme mit der Schulter habe darf ich nicht schwer tragen. Meine Freundin musste das ganze Gepäck von mir in den 3.Stock hinauf bringen und der junge Mann hat nur zugeschaut. Das war etwas enttäuschend. Auch das man für den Parkplatz 10 Fr pro Nacht zahlen muss habe ich noch nie in Hotels erlebt ausser für Parkplätze in einer Garage.
