The staff at this property was beyond excellent. Had a great room with a huge balcony, when I hurt my knee they provided everything needed. The hotel provides easy access to ski and restaurants. Great new spa too!

Very Cute older hotel with modern bathrooms and a modern swimming pool (with beautiful large windows). The rooms are very small (we had one more expensive one and one more standard one booked for two adults and two children). The girls at the reception were super sweet all of them, and so were the people at the restaurant. The ladies cleaning the rooms were also super sweet. The only things that I can say did not live up to standards of other hotels I have visited is the breakfast buffet and the availability of the tables for breakfast (if you are more than 2 people it was impossible to get a room by the windows no matter the time we arrived). The breakfast buffet is small, with very little choice, and if you arrived after 9am (they close at 10.30) there were no « mini pain au chocolat » or « tresse » available anymore. And they didn’t fill it up either (only other bread). The kids wanted pancakes which aren’t included in the buffet and cost 18fr (and the kids got 4 mini pancakes on the plate for that price). It might be a good idea to not include breakfast and walk to one of the many cafés in the village instead to have breakfast. In general everything was very scarce at breakfast (juice choice, ham, fruit etc). The hotel staff were all great and the hotel is very special and cute, so that luckily made up for the lack of a good breakfast to start the day ☺️. The kids loved the pool!!! I’d definitely recommend it (if the breakfast choice isn’t important to you).

We had a very good vacation in this hotel with our one year old girl. While there are always small things to comment on, they have really gone the extra mile to make it a memorable stay. A couple of things to highlight: great facilities, close neighbourhood to restaurants and the high level of service. The fact that it’s a bit more far to the slopes is not a problem at all with their shuttle.

Beautiful if not slightly old-fashioned hotel in a good location for skiing in the Flims/Laax area. Service was very good - friendly staff on the front desk, and good drinks at the bar. Breakfast was also excellent. We booked a small room which comes with a small double bed (140cm). Would definitely book something larger next time as it was a bit cramped for two people.

From the initial welcome by Veronique to the the thoughtful cup of coffee we were given while waiting for the taxi on our departure, nothing was too much trouble for the warm and efficient staff. Room was delightful and bed very comfortable. We were initially not sure about doing half-board but the variety of the dinners was excellent - would do this again. Excellent wine list as well. Lovely pool was a welcome end to days spent skiing and hiking! Plan to return!!

Very well run family hotel, excellently maintained with good size bedroom with comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff, we stayed on route to Italy and also ate dinner in the restaurant which was excellent, having one of our best meals on our two week trip.

We stayed for a romantic weekend - and loved everything about the hotel: the Belle Epoque decor, the lovely staff, the excellent food, the location. It was all beautiful and romantic, and it's been a long time since we can say that everything was perfect from start to finish. We also highly recommend the multi-course dinner in the hotel restaurant as well. You can tell the owners take great pride in their extremely well-run and well-maintained establishment!

Wonderful 3 night, four day ski break at Schweizerhof. Excellent and attentive staff, wonderful historic building but none of the stuffiness of similar establishments. We went without our kids but it was very clear they would have been welcome. Food was terrific and the wellness and swimming pool most relaxing. There was a hotel shuttle bus to the main lift station but we walked most days (10-12 mins) having left the skis and boots in the rental shop at the lift. We'll definitely be going back.... With our children.

Wonderful 3 night, four day ski break at Schweizerhof. Excellent and attentive staff, wonderful historic building but none of the stuffiness of similar establishments. The hotel is very elegant, the food is wonderful, the staff very attentive and there is so much to do that a few days are not enough. There are great walks on the mountains and beautiful walks to the nearby lake and the Rhine gorge.
