Stayed in top floor room 12A amazing balcony view of the mountain silhouette & parts of the town

Pet friendly + Amazing balcony on room 12A + Fresh facilities, toilets & showers very good + Possibility to visit a local spa when you're a staying guest at Buna Luna + Great Cocoas & Teas at the Breakfast+

Only issue being: the hotel had technical problems with their computers & access to the key card system - disallowing any key cards to be given until late at evening. So the staff had to unlock rooms with their master keys, for all the guests, annoying for everyone guests and staff alike.

Meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Jeg vil specielt fremhæve de 2 kvindelige tjenere ved henholdsvis aftensmaden og morgenmaden. De var venlige og meget opmærksomme - ikke bare på os, men på alle gæster.

Lørdag aften var der i byen et after-ski party, som kunne høres over hele byen. - Hotellet havde dog intet med det at gøre,

Una estancia muy bonita en un sitio de ensueño

El hotel está decorado con mucho gusto. Las habitaciones son de un tamaño ideal y las vistas son inmejorables. El restaurante del hotel tiene una carta estupenda y un chef excelente. Muy amable le personal.

El baño de la habitación se notaba un poco anticuado con respecto al resto y con iluminación escasa. Pero, pese a ello, era bastante cómodo. Colchón y almohadas mejorables.

Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Dame im Service für ihre Freundlichkeit. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage ist Top

Leider müssen wir die Art und Weise kritisieren, wie wir empfangen wurden. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang wirkte sehr unflexibel: Eine Anfrage zum frühen Check-in um 14:00 Uhr wurde ohne Prüfung abgewiesen. Selbst um 15:00 Uhr mussten wir warten, während die Schlüsselkarten erst erstellt wurden. Wir hätten uns hier mehr Kundenorientierung und ein freundlicheres Entgegenkommen gewünscht, da dies unseren Aufenthalt leider negativ eingeleitet hat.

Hôtel charmant, chambre propre et confortable, salle de bain équipée, bon petit déjeuner buffet avec produits frais, établissement calme malgré la route à côté, avec un restaurant et une belle terrasse, à deux pas du petit lac, places de parking juste devant.

Sauberes und helles Zimmer , tolle Bettaustattung und gute Matratzen Freundliche Begrüssung bei Ankunft Praktisch, da nah an der Bushaltestelle Schön mit kleinem See und Rundgang in Gehweite

Sehr lautes Zimmer - auch nachts, ungünstige Lage gleich an Hauptstrasse mit Hauptverkehr Sehr kleines Bad - v.a. WC Zugang & Dusche eng SchiebeBadezimmertüre gefährlich, da keine Arretierung (Verletzungsgefahr - haben uns die Finger eingeklemmt!) Frühstücksbuffet wenig Auswahl - u.a. keinen direkten Zugang zu heiss Wasser/Tee oder Kaffee Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr unterschiedlich je nach Person Gästepass vergessen mitzugeben - kann passieren, sollte jedoch nicht :0)

Gute Ausgangslage, freundliches Personal, fantastische Umgebung.

Die Lage ist nahe einer vielbefahrenen Durchgangsstrasse. In den Zimmern nach hinten raus (Richtung See) merkt man davon aber nichts. Das Hotel ist erst 2024 frisch gemacht und damit alles ordentlich. Das Frühstück ist gut, die Heißgetränke müssen aber immer geordert werden, also keine Selbstbedienung. Wenn man mit dem Bus fahren will, ist die Haltestelle nur etwa 100m entfernt. Perfekt. Eine ganz tolle Landschaft und Infrastruktur.
