Love the style of the hotel, room is comfortable. Nothing too grand but very functional and tidy.

Reception staff were really outstanding. Phoned me to see what time I was checking in and left my room card with the bar staff. Very helpful with sorting my parking and cable car tickets. I like the style and layout of the hotel. Very nice manner, polite and engaging. Gym facilities are as good as many private gyms I've been to.

It was my fault! Turned up just a few minutes late for dinner at the restaurant. I ate there last year and really liked it. Just a heads up that there aren't many other options near by. Ended up having to hit the local fuel station!

Really nice hotel if you are 10cm taller that the bunk bed corners

The hotel is very close to the lifts and have lots to offer. I loved the gym a lot! Breakfast was really awesome. Beds were very comfy as well.

The design of the room looked nice, but the bunk beds had metall corners and the room was pretty small. I was bumping with my head all the time. It was definitely not a pleasant experience. Will probably skip this hotel next time because of that, which is sad because I loved everything else about it.

The position, the staff was super friendly, welcoming and super willing to help out. The restaurant was super good, the meals were fresh and very tasty.

I'm not a fan of the industrial design of the hotel.

small room for a family of 4, too hard beds, not very safe bunkbeds, it was hot and with no AC and not possible to really open the window at night

Food is incredibly nice, we did not expect it to be so sophisticated and thoughtful. We love the vegetarian focus. The bedroom was super functional for our family and perfect for a night away, even though it was maybe a bit stuffy due to high outdoors temperatures.

Superb

The location is superb! Very cool hotel that is kept very clean and contemporary. Very well thought through with ski rooms downstairs and a public shower that can be used after the last day of snowboarding when u have already checked out. Good parking facilities close by in a garage.

Too all-in on woke veganism. Imposing on others to just accept the vegan lifestyle. Showed a boring "inclusive" snowboard movie Saturday night with small ladies cautiously free riding in Laax. But otherwise I enjoyed the stay very much.

Exceptional

We spent a wonderful weekend at the hotel in a very cozy room. We loved the contemporary interior design and the whole eco-concept. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. But the best thing about the hotel was the restaurant. We had an amazing vegetarian dinner. The vegetarian breakfast buffet was also a nice surprise - not to compare with standard hotel breakfasts.

Room equipment could be better but in general no complaints.

Overall the stay was good, but definitely not worth the price.

Room was ok. Room service ok. Location was great. 5 minutes walk to the nearest lift. You can park before checking in, and leave parking after checking out. Dinner at restaurant is vegetarian, was interesting to try. Starters were awesome.

Breakfasts were same every day, very disappointing especially given that the restaurant is vegetarian-only. Bar was the worst among ones I've been to on the resort. They sell you ice instead of drinks.

- Location (close to cable car, bike rental station and restaurants) - Breakfast

- Rather noisy both from inside (e.g. staff did noisy work in front of our room before 7 am) and outside (street with traffic). - Based on the pictures on Booking.com, the room and the view could not live up to expectations. - Value for money

All Staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The restaurant is great and both dinner and breakfast exceeded expectations. The hotel is vert comfortable, clean and great value for money!

It was very, very warm in the room which has no AC and the fan in the room did not help cool it down.
