Disappointing

The spa is very good however, the steam room this year was not very hot plus I found it frustrating that there wasn’t water to drink apart from a fountain. I’ve been coming here for years on enough, and it only really occurred to me this year it’s really not the luxury could be for the price compare compared to other places in Switzerland

That just seems to be no staff around. You can’t order to your room for the restaurant if the restaurant full for example and only before 6 PM, you have to pick up yourself too. The bars never open, no one picks up the phone and emails aren’t answered I just feel like it’s a bit of a ghost village and I’m done with this place now I think after about five visits. It’s just hugely overpriced and if you come without a car like we did, they really don’t help you in how to spend your time or how to get service when the weather has been as dreadful as it as for us this week.

SPA was great, room was spacy and clean. You have everything what you need. Beautiful view from the apartment.

While checking out it turned out to be that I have to pay 60CHF extra for bed linen. There was no information about the extra pay for the bed linen, usually it is included. However the towels and linen were not changed during the whole week. Breakfask was so poor so I was happy I haven’t ordered in advance for the whole week. Not worth at all 20CHF per person.

The extra charges were ridiculous! Parking: 20.- per night Dog: 20.- per night Bedding: 20.- per person per night! Kurtax: 5.- per person per night! Breakfast: 20.- per person per breakfast (and the food available was only semi-decent and the choices were limited) We ended up having to pay 1/3 on top of what we had already paid into booking.com!

The apartment is spacious and clean with a lot of storage. The bathroom is of a good size and clean. The balcony is big with a nice view of the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped. My dog and cat were very much welcome to stay at the hotel. Spa facilities are amazing. We will definitely make this place as our second home for winter and Easter holidays. Can’t wait to go back!

The staff was super helpful. My husband got trauma, and we had to extend our stay during Christmas week. The ladies at the front desk helped us find a room and organized late checkout and early check-in, so we didn’t have to wait for a room.

Relaxing, great location to go hiking in summer, near a bus stop for easy trips into Flims. The apartment is spacious and clean. If restaurants are desired there are some nice places near by as well. Very happy with the dog friendliness as well.

Great facilities, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, big balcony with a view over the mountains.

No towels or refreshments in the spa. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed. The balcony was not cleaned of spiders and spider webs.

Great Easter break!

We rented a two-bedroom apartment for a long weekend over Easter break for our family of 4 (2 kids aged 9 and 8). The apartment was a great size for our needs and offered all the amenities required for our stay. The resort itself offers a lot for a great experience in the mountains, from the restaurant and the views, to the pool area for the kids and the spa for mom. There is a gas station/convenience store just outside of the resort for a quick shop and the main shops are accessible either with the hotel shuttle or by a short walk.

Not much to dislike. If anything, it's that the resort is not right near the ski lifts (there is a hotel shuttle pretty much all day). Also, the main cantonal road is right in front of the resort.
