We booked an apartment for 6 people but received a 4+2 setup (main apartment for 4 plus an adjacent room for 2), which made the main living area too small for all six — especially for cooking, eating together, or relaxing in the evening Bathroom situation was not ideal: only two bathrooms for six people, no proper air ventilation, and the shower opened directly into the living/dining area, which felt uncomfortable Very limited ventilation overall — only one small window could be opened. With six people staying and cooking, the air quality quickly became unpleasant For a group of six, this setup is not comfortable and hard to recommend.

Rocksresort is a good location if your only interest is skiing.

Closeness to lifts, rentals and ski school. They were all in the same area. The apartment was spacey. We asked for a mountain view. Otherwise you look at the other apartments.

The property in general was nice. There could be more kitchen utensils, such as cooking knives (there were only dinner knives) or frying pans. The reading lamps on kids’ rooms are dangerously placed. This could seriously damage the head. The location of the garbage disposal area is impossible to locate.

Very clean and beautiful place. Very close to ski slopes. Very well equipped kitchen with quality kitchen tools etc. Nice restaurants with high quality food.

I absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location was ideal—close to everything I needed while still peaceful and relaxing. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the incredibly soft sheets to the high-quality soap and amenities that made me feel right at home. The cleanliness was exceptional; it truly felt like walking into a brand-new home. The apartment was not only comfortable but also stylish and welcoming, with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day. It exceeded all my expectations, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly enjoyable experience. I would gladly return!

The place of the resort was good they have good outdoor facilities and room was nice.

The room does not have an AC it was very hot and no body told me that ordering anything like towels or housekeeping is not for free so when I checked out I was shocked that I have to pay for all of this services.

The staff person manning the reception desk when we checked in heaved a big sigh for every question we asked, apparently we were bothering him. Otherwise, we were able to access our room way earlier than usual, which was kind of him.

Overpriced and smelling

Stays direct near the ski lift station, nice kids playground, 4 bars and restaurants, music in the evenings, well-equipped kitchen with all necessary, beautiful nature around, good architectural concept, friendly team, easy access from parking to the building.

Smelling tired bathroom, heavy air inside the room as the windows are blocked (it is possible to open only ultra small hole) and temperature panel is centralized without possibility to make individual temperature, breakfast only till 10:00, lunch only from 12 till 13:30 (and if you arrive at 13:35 you stay hungry till 18:00 as here is already no food in Piazza, no entrance in Camino, etc.) parking is extra price 20CHF/day. And the main: drunk people make noise all night long.

The rooms are very clean and have excellent facilities.

Two years in a row we have been given a ground floor despite the resort being really quiet. We were placed by the building work again and woken up at 5am by drilling/sanding work going on.

The location of the apartment, next to the Laax main gondola. Special ski room for the equipment. Super market near the apartment. Newly built apartments with minimal/alpine style.

Average restaurants, didn't like the room set up with the glass door covering the shower area instead of a proper bathroom. Also it was a bit too hot in the room. There was no housekeeping to clean and tidy up every day

The place is a bit of a maze with lots of staircases and underground connections. It requires several cards and codes. It is probably convenient for long-term residents which are familiar with everything. But for the one-off guest it can be overwhelming. Where to enter, park, check-in and exit, where to leave the skis etc.

Hard to cool down the temperature in the apartment and second bedroom without window. Even though we lowered the temperature regulator in the hole apartment. I missed a microwave and more forks in the kitchen.

Perfect location for skiiers

The location is perfect. Right at the bottom of the gondolas. The appartments are good size and clean. Basic equipment in the kitchen but enough. There are a couple of restaurants, bars, a small supermarket and some other shops in the resort which is very useful. Make sure you book a table in any restaurant well in advance, they are pretty busy.

We enjoyed our stay in the resort. Ideal location for skiiers so nothing to fault really.

location is top notch! Flat is well equipped. The bathtub is the place kids spent most of the time after skiing, which is so spacious and nice! My husband had cat allergy due to the last guest’s pet, the hotel changes our room quite fast, which is so much appreciated by us!

beds are not very comfortable, but maybe this is too much to demand as of course it cannot compare to your own beds.

Best place to stay in Laax

Great location right at the cable car, very nice design of the building and the apartment, super clean with large fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Couple of restaurants and bars within 100m. The best place to stay by far if you visit Laax. Make sure you visit the wellness area in the insignia hotel right next door

Breakfast in the hotel was a bit pricy for what it was. Coffee during breakfast was not good. All contents of the kids lunch box was not precisely described to us and we missed the fact that kids could use cable car for free of charge.
