Friendly Staff, easy parking, good breakfast, close to the ski lift. Restaurants near.

It should be mentioned that the hotel is kind of a resort, so expect a lot of familys with small children. It's not a very good hotel for resting.

access to breakfast room was bottle-necking as it’s a narrow entrance and people tend to block it either when they wait to be seated or when they collect bread - in both cases, traffic tends to be stuck both in and out

Ideal stay with kids

The room was comfortable and clean. The location is great with easy access to local attractions and nature which made it ideal for our family trip with small kids.

Breakfast was a highlight. Typically Swiss but defined by its quality, especially the breads. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in the middle of a bunch of apartments and feels like a mini city in the mountains. The charm of the area is lost due to the over development of the location. I was unaware that parking was an additional charge. Overall with the price of the stay, the location, the room etc.. I didn't feel as though it was a great deal. Will not stay again.

This was an awesome find and I will definitely stay here again on future trips to Laax!

The staff here was amazing friendly and the property was super clean and well-appointed. I didn't try the breakfast, but the location really can't be beat -- right in the heart of Laax village next to both the Curnius gondola and the main Crap Sogn Gion gondola. Lots of eating and shopping options, just a few minutes walk away.

I do not speak Swiss German so had no idea what was going on in the hotel day to day apart from what I was told at the welcome drinks. We stayed for NYE and would probably have joined some of the hotel celebrations if we knew what was going on. I think a leaflet dropped in each room with event information weekly would be helpful. Given we weren’t the only Non Swiss German guests I think a reasonable request and good for business to provide in both languages.

The spa area, brilliant location and ski lockers facility, excellent breakfast.

The restaurant was fully booked, no hot water in the evening after skiing and very noisy families with little children at breakfast!

great location and breakfast

excellent location, easy parking, and loading ski stuff into lockable ski lockers. tunnels go from hotel to parking garage to ski locker to ticket area . right next to the main gondola. staff at the desk is friendly. massage was great. spa area is great, with saunas and a cold pool and relaxation room. main pool was a bit cool for my taste but considering the energy crisis it’s understandable. pool had massage jets. breakfast was great, large offering. rooms were mostly renovated. it’s a ski hotel so there are scratches on the walls and older portions of the hotel that haven’t been updated. lots of restaurants in the area. I imagine it’s very busy in season with the many rock resort buildings next door. I would reserve restaurants in way advance. dog friendly.

bed was a bit hard for me. only 1 pillow each. we would have liked to ski our last day but with our dog we couldn’t get late check out and obviously couldn’t leave him in a cold car.

My dog and I really enjoyed our stay here. Spacious and clean room with chaise lounges/extra bed by default. There are more amenities (electric kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, small fridge, slippers, bathrobe, etc.) available in the room than described on booking.com. Good breakfast and wellness facilities included in the room rate. Great location, next to ski lifts, bus stops, restaurants, etc.

Excellent - Skiing paradise

Excellent location for skiers. Perfectly well organised, 2 minutes walking to the ski-depot, and then another 2 minutes to ski lift. Great variation of food in the object and nearby. Swimming pool ideal for children but you can also practise swimming in the morning when it is empty. Excellent sauna with everything you need to relax after intensive skiing.

I would appreciate some water dispenser in Sauna area (similar to the one on swimming pool).

the location is perfect, the hotel itself is verz nice, coyz, has very good facilities, the staf is nice and the breakfast is fantastic.

they dont have a ski room in the hotel, the water temperature of the pool was for us all too cold, one of us got sick.

Good; however could be better

I was highly pleased that I could book-in prior 04:00 pm in the room. The location is amazing, you have a direct (3 min) to the ski lift. However, I was rather astonished by the lack of cleanliness in the room (bathroom). Furthermore, for a 4 stars-hotel, I am expecting to have some beauty set in the bathroom. The wellness is alright. The breakfast great and staff in the morning profusely kind. In my point of view, the price/value is a tiny too high for what the hotel is offering.

I will not recommend you to eat at Camino (pizza). Even though the pick-up (room service) was fast, the pizza looked so messy. It has been a long time, that I haven't eaten such a untasteful pizza.
