Truly excellent hotel in the region

I've travelled to Graubünden for the last 40 years. Exceptional hotel with a truly outstanding team. The hotel manager and staff are extremely friendly and professional, making international guests feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The interior design is beautiful, with high-quality Swiss woodwork throughout, contemporary design, and the food is excellent. I will definitely return here next time I am in the Graubünden region.

Beautifully designed Berg Hotel

Beautiful old traditional "berg-hotek" with a nice modern touch. The welcome and check in was seamless and staff was great.

We stayed there on monday and could unfortunately not take advantage of the fireplace and kitchen. This would have made the stay even more of an experience.

This hotel is a pleasant discovery! You find a minimal and elegant furniture both in the common area and in the room, everything shows attention to details. Excellent cleaning. The staff is very kind and welcoming, in the restaurant you eat very well (from breakfast to dinner). The parking is just outside the hotel.

This hotel was amazing!

The staff welcomed us with a glass of champagne (or some sort of sparkling white wine) as we arrived which was incredible after a long day of hiking. The food at the restaurant was amazing! The staff was incredible knowledgeable about wines as well and recommended some amazing local wine. Most comfortable bed of our whole European trip! I can't wait to go back.

Staff did not like kids in the restaurant

We were “asked” to leave the restaurant halfway our dinner because our toddler was too loud. Despite that, the hotel charged for the full dinner.

Little.things, e.g. it is possible to buy entry tickets to the mineral spa at the hotel, but we were not informed that you need to take towels along or that to enter the spa section the ticket given by the hotel is not enough. The first breakfast was great, the second, when hardly anybody except us were at the hotel, we didn't get the same selection variety. For the price you pay per night that is a bit cheap from their side.

The total ambiance and hospitality of this newly renovated hotel is excellent. The design is chic, modern, the room is very cosy. Quiet but convenient location. The food combines Asian and western cuisine, which gives great choice for different appetites. Will return for sure.

Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Der Dessert auch. Leider war die Gourmet Küche geschlossen. Wir haben soviel Gutes darüber gehört und waren uns niocht bewusst, dass es Zeiten gibt, wo sie komplett geschlossen ist und sonst nur and 3 von 7 Tagen. Schade.

WIr hatten das das Zimmer 23 und wir konnten bis spät in die Nacht die Gespräche unserer Nachbarn sehr deutlich hören. Sehr störend, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Wir haben das Personal beim Aus-Checken entsprechend informiert. Im Zimmer dürfte es eine Schreibgelegenheit/Pult haben.

Bella casa antica ristrutturata con legno e granito, moderna accogliente e pulita! Staff molto gentile! Vini e cucina eccellenti.

Un po’ “lontano” dalle piste da sci. Sarebbe stato perfetto se avesse avuto una sauna o un bagno turco ma le terme pubbliche sono molto vicine

Das Posthotel ist ein gemütlicher Ort zum verweilen, schlemmern und ist bequem erreichbar.

Die Räumlichkeitem sind sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Die Menükarte für das Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich. Die ruhige Lage im Dorf und direkt neben der Bushaltestelle ist praktisch.

Die Matrazen sind etwas hart. Im Zimmer für 2 Personen hat es nur 1 Sessel. Die Menukarte bietet nur wenige vegane/vegetarische Angebote.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Suite war sehr gross, schön eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und aufmerksam, und das Abendessen ausgezeichnet. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass sogar unser Hund ein eigenes Bettli bekommen hat – ein liebevolles Detail! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Herzlicher Empfang. Grosszügiges, sehr komfortables und sauberes Hotelzimmer mit Bad. Ruhige Lage in der Mitte des Dorfes mit geräumiger Terrasse zum Verweilen beim Aperitif oder Essen. Sehr gutes Essen. Gastfreundlich.
