Exceptional experience - many thanks to all the staff for the wonderful service in such a unique location.
It couldn’t have been better. The room Kuma was exactly as pictured, and they accommodated my request of being on a high floor. The hotel was high end and tasteful. Delightful live music was played every night. The service was impeccable and we also received a little surprise treat due to being here for our anniversary. Many thanks to all involved.
Nothing to mention - naturally it is quite expensive, but it is to be expected and for architecture lovers it is worth the price. Just as a small suggestion, it would be nice if thermae were open also on Saturday night for guests, the Friday night dip was wonderful.

A pleasant and relaxing stay
The staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to take care of anything you need. The room offers a beautiful view of the mountains, and access to one of the best SPAs in Switzerland is included.

The most relaxing and pleasant experience you could have in a hotel
Staff is always ready to meet your needs and make a very pleasant stay. HoA rooms are small but are extremely comfortable and well decorated. Anyway, by having the Spa a few floors from your room and the alps around, I doubt that you’d like to stay in the hotel room.

The architecture is unique, the spa is fantastic and the food is amazing!
The rooms do not have basics like fridge/minibar or boiler for a tea, for example.

Top-notch experience!
truly a dream come true. My husband and I studied architecture in school, and we had always dreamed of experiencing the thermal baths at this hotel. To top it off, we were thrilled to find that we could choose a room designed by an architect we knew about—what a special bonus! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the staff’s warmth and hospitality—they made us feel so welcome. The thermal baths are an absolute must-see and must-experience! The room was beautifully designed, with stunning wood paneling, and the view… wow! We had a front-row view of the breathtaking Alps, which made our stay even more memorable. For dinner, we dined at their 2-Michelin-star restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend. Breakfast the next morning exceeded all expectations—it was phenomenal! They had every breakfast food you could imagine, and it was all delicious. Overall, we would absolutely love to come back here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Short stay nice surprise
The 8th floor , which includes the mail lobby restaurants and pool floor, is modern and attractive, somewhat minimal, a bit unexpected in a mountain location.
The main part is a bit pretentious. Quality of service not at level. The hotel part main structure look an old refurbished , doesn’t match the mail floor level of quality. The room (mayne) is minimal , tiny and unpractical. Good for a weekend. A’ la carte Restaurants look extremely expensive.You need having a good reason.
