I was deeply disappointed by the service at this hotel. The staff’s attitude was unwelcoming and discriminatory, and when I raised my concerns, management simply defended their actions without truly listening. Despite expressing how uncomfortable and mistreated we felt, no real effort was made to understand or acknowledge our experience. I will never return to this hotel and absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone.

lovely stay and very nice staff

Breakfast was great, many things to choose from. The location is wonderful and we had a lovely view from our balcony. We booked a junior suite and there was lots of space.

There is no fridge in the room and also the minibar in the central kitchen on each floor has nothing cool or nothing to keep things cool. The rooms are nice but a little bit too plain and basic in terms of furniture and decoration. But overall it is a great hotel.

The best family orientated resort we have visited.

What I appreciated the most is how family friendly the resort it, whilst adults are still able to enjoy a holiday and not just the kids. The breakfast was top tier, fresh with many options. Last but not least, the staff, they were all so nice and helpful everyday. A really beautiful experience was had.

Perfect, it felt like a warm home with all you need and more.

The hotel meets standards of a five star hotel in more aspects than expected. Easily accessible Free water refills 24/7 plus an endless supply of free Shorley, local fizzy drinks and sealed bootlegs of sparkling water. The breakfast service was excellent with perfectly cooked eggs and all necessities of international breakfast buffet, not to mention the perfectly baked croissants and other bakeries. The front desk staff are polite and knowledgeable to all enquiries about activities and the hotel facilities. A warm welcome desert and lovely message was to meet us at the room. The coffee and milk was refilled daily. The rooms are spacious with multiple compartments providing privacy to the tenants and beautifully set out with a marvelous view. We were gifted a Local Made Jam jar on check out:) Free parking right outside the hotel, it is close to the bus station and they have their own ski slope! wonderful stay ♥️

It was not too comfortable to go from one building where we had a room to another with wellness area. Hopefully it’s going to change soon.

Rooms in our building were old and small for the price that you had to pay. a few kilometres away, another hotel offered a far better accommodation with the same money. The view was amazing though.

Excellent hotel

Really nice amenities, especially for families, but we enjoyed them as well (couple). Beautiful setting, perfect for bike departures, lots of great restaurants in the area, we didn’t eat at the hotel, but looked nice, and breakfast was very good. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, (very) early checkin, mailed a misplaced EarPod immediately, etc.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und vermissen das Frühstück jetzt schon

Das Frühstück im Fastatsch war perfekt. Tolle Auswahl, tolle Qualität. Noch besser war der Service beim Frühstück - vor allem von Valentina aber auch allen anderen fleißigen und freundlichen Angestellten. Tolles Putz-Team - freundlich und gut! Die Anlage liegt sehr schön auf einem Hügel und voll in der Sonne. Die Größe des Zimmers war sehr gut.

Der Weg zum Pool und insbesondere zum Wellnessbereich ist sehr weit, insbesondere wenn man wie wir in dem Fastatsch-Gebäude wohnt. Das mindert die Sauna-Freude erheblich. Zusatzkosten für Parken und Hausschuhe sind lächerlich, das sollte unbedingt inkludiert werden, da der Grundpreis für das Zimmer mit Frühstück schon sehr hoch ist. Auch sehr schade, daß das Hotel keinen Deal mit den Skipassbüros anbietet und man diese voll bezahlen muss.

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Resort hat eine gewisse Grösse, aber aufgrund der Verteilung auf verschiedene (im Untergrund miteinander verbundene) Gebäude, fällt dies nich auf. Die Zimmer sind angenehm eingerichtet und haben eine gute Grösse. Bad und WC waren separat, was ich sehr schätze, allerdings wäre ein Lavabo im WC zum Hände waschen wünschenswert. Tolle Sauna/Wellness in einen eigenen Gebäude (ohne Pool, der ist separat). Frühstück sehr gut.

Super gemütlicher Wochenendtrip mit Fokus auf Ruhe und Entsannung.

Bettdecken waren unglaublich gemütlich, gleich abfotografiert, brauchen wir für zuhause. Die Suite mit Kamin vor der Badewanne war ein überraschendes Upgrade. Traumhaft und gemütlich, vor allem der holzige Geruch und die gemütliche Einrichtung. Essen war super, Staff super freundlich.

Matrazen waren mir etwas zu hart, sonst nichts nennenswertes
