Great hotel for ski holidays.

Very nice staff and helpful with everything what you ask for. Breakfast is very rich and evening dinner was very fine, Ski bus shuttle just at the hotel available. A tip for guest card, ask for a printed one instead of loading next LAAX app. It is a sustainable hotel , so don't look for a tv in the room.

The whole hotel is by mobile app facilitated which is not so convenient for everyone. We found a bit weak WIFI in the hotel.

A relaxing haven with maximum comfort

We had an amazing stay. All the staff were helpful in every way. There are phantastic walks straight from the hotel. The offer to try out mountain bikes was wonderful. You can walk to the cable car station in 10 min. Breakfasts were incredibly healthy, wholesome and generous. The dinner we had was exceptional. I would definetely stay again.

The price is very good for the location, and the personnel was also nice and helpful. The breakfast is especially great. We were very surprised by the good quality and choices that were offered.

The check-in experience is not great. Somehow many credit card details are saved on the check-in iPad, and TWINT (option without entering credit card data) was not possible. Maybe a contactless payment option would be great. Unfortunately, the towels were not qualitative, dirty and had hairs in it.

Cozy, family-run and chic

It's a family-owned business and the owners really care about your experience. That really shows. The hotel is very tidy and well run, the communal areas feel welcoming and cozy and whoever is cooking the dinners is doing an amazing job.

Breakfast was great, interior design and vibe of communal spaces. Looks great for mountainbikers too. Loved the books selection.

Sauna or spa/pool would have made this place the best. Buses didn't run early enough for return to Basel/Zurich via Flims village (start around 8am) but not accomodations fault.

Very friendly personell and good breakfast. Room and building are modern and functional. The hotel is well connected to the center of the village by bus or a short walk.

Amazing apartment, healthy and fresh breakfast, very nice and lovely hosts, location very good (ski-bus right in front of the door, everything in walking distance) and location itself a great mix of style, cozyness and high quality - will definitely come back!!

Wonderful stay with lovely hosts!

Lovely staff, lovely hosts, very attentive and welcoming. The apartment was the perfect size for a family and there are some nice (family friendly) hiking trails, which you can start right from the flem mountain lodge. The cafe downstairs is a great place to relax after a hike with really delicious coffee. We are looking forward to being back! :-)

As mentioned directly to the hosts as well, the extra cleaning for the apartment we ordered and paid for, can be improved - it was only lightly vacuumed and sinks were cleaned but nothing else. However they were very open to this feedback. But aside from that we were really happy and can only recommend this lovely accommodation!!

We enjoyed our stay at Flem mountain Lodage, the self checkin was easy to do, the rooms were super clean, the balcony was wide and has nice views. They have nice outdoor seatings. The breakfast was good and most importantly the staff are very friendly

A verry lovely place and veganfriendly

They offer a lot of vegan breakfast options and a verry good fresh coffee with oatmilk :D The house is really beautiful and lovely decorated. Anita and Caro are always open for feedbacks and wishes for the guests :) You should really go there ;) - and of course There‘s also meat and cheese for your not vegan boyfriends :P

Nicht sehr viel - ausser die Freundlichkeiten des Personals und der Blick vom Zimmer auf die Berge.

Zimmer sehr dürftig eingerichtet! Kein Schrank nur ein Regal mit einer Kleiderstange. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, wie wir von 9 Nächten, nicht geeignet. Reinigung des Zimmers nur 2 mal ohne, dass die Betten gemacht wurden noch wurde NIE die Frotteewäsche noch Bettzeug erneuert‼️Service entspricht nicht einem Hotel.

Struttura meravigliosa immersa nel paesaggio di Flims; con la neve una magia. Il servizio fai da te per il check-in molto funzionale. Camera stupenda in stile alpino, funzionale anche se mancava forse un piano di appoggio più grande. A Sauna ottima con anche asciugamani e acqua a disposizione. È disponibile una lavanderia ad uso gratuito, un ottimo servizio molto utile ed apprezzato. La colazione fantastica, bevande dal bar e prodotti locali. Il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Posteggio gratuito a disposizione. Compreso sevizio navetta gratuito a pochi passi per le piste da sci.

Gern wieder, danke schön.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und wurden mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit im Zimmer überrascht. (super gemacht!) Das Hotel ist etwas abseits des Zentrums gelegen, was ihm eine ruhige Lage und Ihnen erholsame Nächte beschert. Die Zimmer sind rustikal, modern eingerichtet und versprühen echtes Hüttenflair. Beim Frühstück wurden wir sehr freundlich bedient und fanden ein vielfältiges Angebot vor, was durch hausgemachte Produkte ergänzt wurde. Prima!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, dadurch war die Zimmergrösse ok, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfiehlt es sich, auf etwas mehr Platz zu achten. Das Restaurant im Hotel hat Mo & Di geschlossen. (Kein Thema, wurden darüber informiert.) Stellen Sie sich jedoch auf einen längeren Spaziergang ein, wenn Sie ohne Auto in ein Restaurant wollen, welches an diesen Tagen geöffnet hat.

Tolle Lodge in schönem Ambiente , toller Terrasse und schöner Sauna im Garten . Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker , alles frisch , viel selbst gebacken und umfangreich . Die Gerichte beim Abendessen sind auch sehr lecker und besonders ! Das Brot - auch das Glutenfreie Brot - war selbst gebacken und super lecker . Das Personal ist super entspannt , sehr freundlich und aufmerksam . Parkplätze vor der Lodge .

Uns hat besonders die ruhige Lage gefallen, die für eine sehr erholsame Atmosphäre sorgt. Die modernen und sauberen Zimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch das super Frühstück sowie das sehr gute Nachtessen aus der Küche haben uns überzeugt. Der elektronische Check-in ist vielleicht ein wenig „fancy“ für jedermann, aber wir kannten das System bereits und fanden es sehr praktisch. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir zudem das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt rundum angenehm gemacht hat.

Würde jederzeit wiederkommen

Super Aufenthalt. Uns hat das Hotel sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht, der Kaffee, tolles Frühstück, gutes Gym, die Sauna!, der Arvenduft im Zimmer und das Personal.

Ich mag diese mit Kunststoff gefüllten Kissen nicht. Das Abendessen ist nach so einem Tag in den Bergen etwas sehr leicht (aber fein). Für den Preis sollte man allerdings satt werden. Die Lage ist nicht perfekt zentral aber dafür weg von der Hauptstrasse, ruhig und hübsch.
