Surrounded by local sculptures a wonderful albeit brief stop for us as we travelled.

Beautiful location by the lake; positive and friendly staff; clean and quiet rooms and well balanced breakfast. Dinners in the restaurant were innovative as were the soups a taste of which were provided each night as dinner began.

I would have liked a liquer or port after dinner which surprisingly did not seem available.

Great hotel with an amazing employees. I don’t remember last time that I enjoyed a stay in a hotel so much. At every moment, employees went an extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended place!

Besides the slow responses and service from staff we had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was good, excellent selection of bread, freshly cooked omelette was delicious skilift passes available at reception free bus from hotel to Lenzerheide town centre room very clean

Check in is 3pm. However, the room wasn't available until 3:40pm. We were told to wait in the bar and have a drink while we wait. Service very slow. At time of check out was charged for the drinks. I explained the situation and refused to pay for the drinks. There was no apology from staff. At breakfast time tried to make dinner reservation with staff but they weren't able to confirm immediately. Found out at 4pm in the afternoon that they were fully booked. Would have appreciated a prompt response to give us time to make alternate arrangements.

Quiet, convenient ski getaway

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was complete with lovely bread and also a la carte. The sauna offers a very relaxing private experience with everything you need. The view over the lake!! Ski bus right to the door.

Disappointing

The view

Don't let them talk you in to staying another night if there is a chance of rain and you must leave before their shuttle is available. I wanted to leave the night before my checkout date and they conned me in to staying another night even though I had a lot of luggage and knew that it was uphill the whole way to the bus station I needed to get to and I didn't want to do that in the rain. They talked me in to staying that night and sure enough, it was pouring when I needed to leave and I had to push my 60 lb bag and 10 lb backpack uphill for was felt like forever. I was extremely upset since I let them do that and assured me there was no chance of rain

Good room offering plenty of cupboard/desk space, plus seats with smart table and furnishings.

We had a "Double Room with Lake View". This was a good size internally and also had a reasonably sized balcony. Good quality toiletries soap and cream were nice to use after a great soak in the bathroom's deep bath (which also has a good shower facility). Liked the hotel's own restaurant and their friendly staff. There was a cozy looking bar situated at the rear of the hotel but we never had the opportunity to indulge it ;( An underground car park is available for a fee, which we prefer to choose instead of the free forecourt-parking at ground-level, but book this ahead since there were only about 9 allocated spaces usually. There's a beautiful set of trails which one can walk nearby the lake which are almost at the hotel doorstep. If you get the time then try to do one of these as you walk-off breakfast because the mountains are stunning to view all around you and there are so many colourful wildflowers etc.

Easily accessible ski resort by car. Good hotel location (for to reach different ski lifts). Nice hotel and a very good restaurant in the hotel, helpful staff.
